He actually did a pretty decent job until the final red zone. He had his 1 play to win it, and when that failed, he was in too deep. I'm still not sure why he didn't try to move the pocket with Stanzi and make the defense respect his feet......

Sorry but I don't care if they had 1000 yds on offense. KOK panics at the end of games in the red zone. Clock management is shit and play calling is shit. 2 throws to Myer on the left side goal line, one to the right side about the same spot, and then back left. Real imaginative. Blame it on the turnovers all you want but we should have won this game. This is a poorly coached team once again. It's almost funny watching teams passing between or in front of the linebackers, over them in front of the dbs, and making intelligent adjustments. KOK panics and goes to short slant passes nearly every second half no matter what. Yes, he sucks.

I'm not arguing his ineptness.....I HATE how conservative he gets when there is any slight lead and allows anybody back in the game rather than going for the throat. I was just surprised by the minor lack of his normal idiocy and predictability.....until the game was on the line. He seems to have 1 red zone "winner" and if that play (to the TE) is snuffed, there is no plan B.....he had 4 downs to get 8 yards with a TO.....

insanity: running a QB sneak on 2nd and 1 and fumbling instead of running your unstoppable 235 lb hb.
insanity: passing on 3rd and 2 when you're going for it on 4th down
insanity: running the stretch play on 4th and a foot instead of a dive play
insanity: putting the game in the hands of the weakest position in crunch time instead of going with your strength

I would agree with the 3rd one for sure.
The QB sneak was ok for me if Stanzi holds on to the damn ball.
On the 3rd and 2 they were expecting greene so I have no problem with the pass. 5 times today greene either got stuffed before making any gain or stopped for loss. If your RB is so slow that he gets hit in the backfield before even making it to the LOS that aint' good. Not to say that I don't love greene because I think the dude is awesome. '
KF put the ball in the hands of greene in crunch time and it didn't work. See above. Actually this falls on KF for putting greene 6-8 yards deep and then handing it off to him. He always did that to Freddy Russell and it pisses me off to this day.
