have they actually seen ringer play? He gets stuffed a bunch then breaks a long run in the 4th quarter, elevating is average. How the hell is that Heisman worthy?

That's kind of what I was wondering. He sure didn't play like a Heisman candidate last week.

he got held to under 4 ypc today for the 2nd week in a row by NW defense, the same NW defense that gave up 150 to greene in 3 quarters. Greene is the superior back and it isn't even close. If Greene doesn't make 1st team all big 10 along side Beanie, something's very wrong.

I also agree. Greene is the man.
Jewel Hampton is a better hb than Ringer.

I MUCH prefer Greenes power over Ringers speed. As of next year I would definitely take Hampton over Ringer also. Greene and Beani deserve to get co-all BIG10.

Do you guys think Beanie is a better back than Ringer?
Statistically, Ringer is better.

Do you guys think Beanie is a better back than Ringer? Statistically, Ringer is better. Wells is by far the better back. He has also been hurt all year. Take a look at Ringer's numbers against Iowa and tOSU and get back to me. He is a good back don't get me wrong but having over 200 yards rushing vs. the sisters of the poor doesn't make you a great back. (and no I am not talking about Wisconsin ;D)

I'm not saying Ringer is better either, Hoffa, but he's got a ton more yards and TD's than Beanie...
