It's the poor bastards in customer service that get the shaft. He'll probably get in trouble, eventually. What would have happened, is that docs would have been signed, customer finds out afterwards (assuming they didn't comb through the docs) that their rate is different than what they thought. Well, then they call customer service, the poor customer service person has get the wrath of this person that wasn't provided proper disclosures by the mortgage consultant.
Mortgage consultants turn over so quick, though...that this "Josh" person probably won't be there at this point. "Josh" is a prime example why there is some blame with banks and this mess. Don't get me wrong, the customer's should read their fucking documents, but I've seen the docs, and it's like reading "Paradise Lost". But still, it's a pretty big fucking deal.
Anyway, that's my non-premeditated rant.

You mean this Josh prick is gonna tell the client they are paying X% and then when the papers are filled out it will say X+Y% and the client will be fucked? How about instead of calling the god damn manager you call the fucking Assistant United States Attorney and have the cocksucker arrested for fucking mail and/or wire fraud? What a shitbag. Guys like that aren't just assholes, they're fucking criminals and belong in federal pound them in the ass slammer.

This is what we're up against - the floor rate.
Prime is at 3.25% --- Wells Fargo's floor rate is at 4.24%
So I had to call out to customer's with applications in process - if their margin was less than 1%, that they would actually be charged 4.24%, and not Prime + x%, unless Prime moves back up. The floor rate is clearly stated in the docs, but MC's aren't disclosing it. I didn't talk to one person that knew about the floor rate.

What exactly happens to this guy with the turnover, He quits or is Fired and goes to other company or something? Or are you saying that he is promoted/demoted out of his position.

...and I'd like to add that having to do that shit work 2 days before Christmas was fucking uncalled for. It's out of my realm, not my responsibility (c'mon mortgage consutants!), and demoralizing (e.g. getting e-mails like this).
But, whatever keeps my head off the chopping block, I guess.

In that case, please forward this for me: Dear Josh - you are a whiny little cu.nt. If Aaron's disclosure of the actual rate the customer will pay will cost you a sale, adi-fucking-os. In case you haven't noticed, Wells Fargo has the best mortgage portfolio of all the major banks. It does not need a bunch of god damn proles who can't swing the extra 20 basis points that you "forgot to tell them about." You are destined for a life of low proleness, you won't be at WFC for long and you lack any ability to see the bigger picture, but when these customers sue the bank because you are too big of a douche to tell them the fucking truth, the company will incur liability in excess of your shitbag commission and the fees generated off of originating the loan. You are a leach on the good people who own and work for the bank and a cocksucker to boot. Regards, Random Wells Fargo Shareholder P.S. Eat a fucking dick, bitch.

I would love to...maybe I'll do it from my gmail account though. I sent the e-mail I received to my team, and we all had a good laugh. I did come up with a hypothetical e-mail myself I wanted to send out: Josh - You are a prime example on why the banks have received a bad rap during this mortgage crisis. Me providing proper disclosures to your customer should not "jeopardize your deal" if you were doing your job right. Merry Christmas! P.S. Kiss my @ss. Aaron Surber

Welcome to the madness, Clark.
On a postive note, i just ate a large portion of left over Pot Roast and potatoes and gravy.
The rumble in my stomach tells me that I can look forward to a 10 minute company paid Growler.

Howdy boys, how's work going? That Josh guy sounds like a real fuck.
I stopped by the Wal Mart in Newton on my way to Deep River, it was pretty clear about half the town is on meth. Just throwing that out there.
Merry X-Mas dudes!
