I went there for dinner (the noontime meal for you big city liberals like socal who are unfamiliar with proper Iowa terminology) and my stomach still doesn't feel right. I can't imagine how proles eat shit like that everyday.

I can't imagine how proles eat shit like that everyday. Hijack alert: My old man constantly refers to lunch as "dinner". Drives me nucking futs. I usually reply by asking "so what do you call the evening meal"? The reply? "Supper". He also refers to a couch as a "davenport". I never have figured that one out.

BTR-
I'm starting to worry about you, man. Slumming it at Taco Hell? What is the world coming to?
As to the question, TB is okay. Depends on what you get. Sounds damned good right about now!!

BTR- I'm starting to worry about you, man. Slumming it at Taco Hell? What is the world coming to? All the interns left on Friday so my $55 per day per person dinner (lunch in some circles) budget dried up and I have no plans on spending too much of my own money on dinner. It's quite rough going from Burke's, Joe's or Hot Doug's down to Taco Hell, Snickers Deli, Cosi and Chipotle. My stomach just needs a few days to adjust to the prole food, then I'll be fine.

The lackeys are well paid, the lowest ones are pulling mid 40's for 9 to 5, no OT, no weekends.

Breakfast - 5 AM Lunch - light meal in field at 9 or so Dinner - noon or 1 PM meal Supper - whenever you come in from the fields It ain't rocket science and lunch ain't dinner, pal. Maybe your slacker family doesn't get out of bed early enough to catch two meals before dinnertime. I can't say I'm surprised.

Man....you guys are fucked up.
AM = breakfast
Mid-morning = a SNACK.
Noon = lunch
PM = EITHER supper (informal) or dinner (formal) gathering.
Get it right.

Alright cockgobbler, let's say you go to someone's house and have T-giving. They serve at 1 PM. Do you call that Thanksgiving lunch? No fuckwad, you call it T-giving dinner. And supper is formal. They have supper clubs (which serve supper, the nighttime meal), the last supper, I wear a supper jacket sometimes. Again: Breakfast Lunch Dinner Supper If you don't understand this, you better just stay in Sterling fucking Illinois and never go back to Iowa because you are clearly unfamiliar with the customs and language of Iowa.

I suppose in your trailer-trash Urbandale neighborhood you did eat Thanksgiving dinner at 1 pm so you could go outside to steal and vandalize while it was still light out. Prolish. In my neck of the woods, we ate Thanksgiving dinner at 4 or 5 pm....so bite me. And a supper club typically serves later in the evening....like 8 or 9....much later than dinner....which is 5-6 pm.

I would eat at Taco Bell more often but for some reason there is only one in the whole greater Des Moines metro area (right next to Hooters). You can find a Taco John's about every ten blocks but Taco Bell is almost nowhere to be found.
I don't eat the crap but once every three months but every once in a while it really hits the spot. Fast food in general is pure shit.

Fast food in general is pure shit. What about Arby's? Long John Silver's? Monsterburger from Hardee's? Arby's is okay. LJS sucks although I do have a fondness for hushpuppies. Monsterburgers are quite possibly the least healthy thing you could ever eat having something like 1400 calories, ~150 grams of fat and more sodium than the dead sea. The only fast food I'll vouch for would be Subway but that barely classifies as fast food.

So you're saying that the thing Itheus has pictured above is healthier than a Monsterburger?

So you're saying that the thing Itheus has pictured above is healthier than a Monsterburger? You can't even compare the deliciousness of the Slayer Burger and a pussy Monster Burger. Slayer burger was made with fucking anger...c'mon.

So you're saying that the thing Itheus has pictured above is healthier than a Monsterburger? No but the circumstances are different. It's acceptable to eat a 2000+ calorie meal when you are on a weekend vacation and at a real restaurant, but going to a fast food joint on you lunch break and throwing $6 down on some garbage like Monsterburger is just not right.

Taco Bell is the Saab of the fast food industry.
Interesting offerings....decent advertising....just never quite makes it into the mainstream.....something hippies like to call their own in order to be 'different"
Guess that makes BTR a hippie.

Wendy's has pretty decent burgers.

I always thought Taco Bell was mainstream. Here in C.R. they have one on almost every street corner. Kind of like in Compton, CA they have gun shops on almost every corner. Why? They want us to kill ourselves.
