Hey BTR, or anyone else that's sat in the suite seats - do they serve beer up there?

Hey BTR, or anyone else that's sat in the suite seats - do they serve beer up there? Yes, that is by far the best part of sitting up there. Otherwise I'd prefer to sit in the prole sections.

Of course they do, fucktard. Are you guys in a real "suite", or in the outdoor club seats? Either way, you'll be looking down on the proles. Heck, if you're positioned correctly, you might even be able to spit on BTRs head.

I hear ya. If it were a big game...say PSU, OSU, ISU, or even MSU...I think I'd want to intermingle with the fans and be part of the batshit crazy envirnoment. I have a feeling the energy won't quite be the same. BUT, you have to take advantage of these situations when they come along. Never know when I get another change to sit up there.

What a double standard. The upper class gets to drink, while the proles have to sit ass cheek to ass cheek amongst 300 lb blobs of sweaty stink poo without being able to wet their whistles.
Fuckers.

Enjoy it. Ticket reads "Gate F, Suite 316". Have fun, being able to drink beer, not have to wait in line at the shitter, or the concession stand does have it's advantages. However there are far to many Wine and Cheese Club members, Gold digging whores, uppity rich folk, and clueless non football fans that are just up there to be seen that drink their white zin dressed like they are going to Church on Sunday instead of a football game and totally unaware that there is even a football game going on below them for my taste. Outdoor club seats>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Indoor Suites but that is just from my two game experience sitting up there.

However I do want to take it in for one game just for the experience. And you better bet there's no way in hell I'll be dressing up to go to a damn Hawkeye game. Hopefully I can have the wine and cheese crowd scared of me by the end of the game.

Hopefully I can have the wine and cheese crowd scared of me by the end of the game. No doubt it is very impressive and a totally different experience that is for sure. The indoor club suite we were in had other people in it that we didn't know which kind of sucked since they were the uppity type that seemed to be annoyed when we cheered or actually wanted to watch the game instead of listen to one wife tell the other about how she blew their Hispanic landscaper Juan the other day or how the other thought her housekeeper was stealing her jewelry while she was out getting her ass lipoed. OK, so that isn't really what they were talking about but thought it might be a better description of the two. ;D

Then again, when I sat up there it was against Western Michigan, most likely the worst game I've ever attended. I hope someday to sit outside int he club seats. Like Seth once said, if I won the lottery I'd buy one of those out for several years. Also, Itheus, don't make them too scared of you, you will get arrested. They'll know that you are a prole and see to it you never get back up there again.

Plus I have been to enough 'wine and cheese' events to know how to get by. I'm not saying I'm comfortable at them, but I can hold my own.

What a cool experience. Pizza, meatballs, nachos, and subs were all a catered in. Every time I went to the fridge for another cold one, there were more than the last time I went. It wasn't as secluded from the game as I thought it would be...

It wasn't as secluded from the game as I thought it would be... How did you score these again? We went to a gala that benefited leukemia and lymphoma. Toward the end they had an auction for a fundraiser. They had a lot of ticket packages (one of the ISU/Iowa packages went for over $2000!). One of the last auctions was EIU/Iowa...people had spent all of their money. PLUS, they didn't advertise they were suite tickets. We also got two footballs, one autographed by Ferentz, and the other by Podolak. Anyway, we got that for $200 - four tickets. We got lucky...I think if they would've mentioned they were suite tickets they would've gone out of our price range.
