Excellent call on Otho. I went to elementary school there. If you throw in Otho, pretty hard not to throw in Coalville and Kalo as well. Fantastic towns.

icehead's entire house is toasty oak. floors, cabinets, trim, walls, celings, furniture, etc. He's an Iowa Oak Guy from get-go. I tried to buy some French Oak cubes the otter day on Amazon. Medium toasted. They're all out. WTF?

Flat top ranges hold temps way better than gas ranges. Quality of food is better. Duh.

Even if I was trying to sell a shit shack in Prole, I would fucking fire any real estage agent who took this picture and put it online. This is the least flattering house shot I've ever seen.

I've seen way worse. When me and Ma considered the Souf Loop, there were all kinds of foreclosures and they would say "NEEDS SERIOUS WORK - DESTROYED BY TENANT" or something and then put up pics that looked liek they were taken on a circa 2004 blackberry in the dark, but it was still enough for you to discern that every fixture and ounce of copper had been stripped from the unit.

I have faith in BO, not just lip service. I would have waited a few months until my new crib was about done and then put the other house up for sale. I knew he was going to continue to improve the housing market and I would have continued to make bank, probably an additional 15-20k and I wouldn't have spent 15-20K living in a studio apartment. Net gain of 30-40k by just having faith in Barack.
Do as I say not as I do.
