But Glen Beck is going to reveal tomorrow facts that he has been given showing that this whole thing was an inside job.

What do you think of them not Mirandizing this guy? I think they should just do it. Which guy? The guy in the hospital bed. Suspect #2. The bomber. The brother of the dead guy. The 19 year old. The guy that was in the boat. That guy.

The evidence in the case against fuckhead #2 is overwhelming. Mirandizing him will make no difference. He's guilty and he's going to be convicted and hopefully put to death. Who cares if he exercises his right to remain silent. He's a dead man.

I'm sure what they really want to know is who else is involved.

He doesn't know, and if he did, he most likely wouldn't divulge. The older brother was running the show; he may (or may not) have had links to organized terror. We'll never know. Bottom line, get on with it relative to the one who is still alive, and make an example out of him. Fuck with the bull and you get the horns, asshole. You ain't going to live to see your 21st birthday.

They are going to read him his rights. They thought about trying him as an enemy combatant but figured that would be a pr nightmare. So he will be tried in fed court.

What do you think of them not Mirandizing this guy? I think they should just do it. 1) They've got good cover under the public safety exception. www.fbi.gov/stats-services/publications/law-enforcement-bulletin/february2011/legal_digest2) Doesn't matter anyway, the evidence against him is overwhelming regardless of any statements he makes. 3) The enemy combatant "debate" is total horseshit. If McVeigh and Rudolph got tried in federal criminal court, this fuck sure as shit should. US citizen committing crimes against US civilians on US soil. Open and shut, regardless of delicate Republican flowers refusal to honor the constitution and hundreds of years of jurisprudence. Also, it should be noted that the 5th amendment due process applies to "persons," not "citizens," so his dead bro should have been afforded the same treatment.

Lyek all Yahoo news stories, teh comments do not disappoint. "Herp this is y we no need gun lawz, cuz teh criminals don't follow laws DURKA DURRRR" Hey dipshits, if that is our rationale for not passing reasonable gun laws, why do we make ANY LUCKING LAWS in the first place! If a valid reason for passing a law is that it will be broken, then logically, all laws are invalid. Why bother passing a law against abortion, since criminals are just going to get abortions anyways. Why continue passing laws against drugs, since criminals are going to get drugs anyways. Why pass laws against making pornography, because horny criminals are going to make it anyways.

Not gonna open a fokkks linky. For Chuck and all my other good commie friends, straight from the horseface's mouth: ruthobrien.org/a-day-of-terror/...Now we have captured the two terrorists from Chechnya who come from the troubled region that is Muslim, but we cannot understand their motives, not yet. And Obama encourages us to refrain.
This said, the mortuary pictures of the older brother of the two are extremely disturbing, raising questions as to whether the Boston Police Department captured him with too much force. I understand the explanation offered by Katharine Q. Seelye, William H. Rashbaum, and Michael Cooper. Yet, it does not ring true. A picture is worth a thousand words that will keep our ears ringing as we recoil from this photo. Images have a way of searing themselves into our memory in a way that can’t be undone. We have an emotional memory, not just a rational one that is exemplified by words.
While terrorism is about causing fear — again an emotion — we do have to account for our conduct in these extreme times when adrenaline is running high...I think ol' Ruthie ought to be forced to look at photos of all the people left without feet and/or legs as a result of the actions of these two fine young men.
