I mowed teh front lawn earlier today. Cut the back yard on Friday. They grow at different rates, it's the goddamndest thing. How were the Reubens? I'm a big fan. Well...they were good. I ate a sandwich. Part of my dieting strategy is not eating bread...and I could eat a mountain of just plain corn beef, but I really wanted the whole thing with Rye bread. I thought I had some thousand island dressing but that apparently got thrown out in the last refrigerator purging, so I settled for mayonnaise and some dill pickle relish. I used Bavarian sauerkraut and it was great. Not quite a true Rueben but as close as I was going to get. Probably the most fat I've had in a while. Is your front yard shadier than your back? That could explain why they don't grow at the same rate.
