You can't link him. Yet. Just let him know you want him, and will fill him in with more details if he's interested. I'm operating under the assumption that he wouldn't be interested in the first place.

You should ask him if he's ever considered getting into commercial real estate and imply you have a multi million dollar commercial property you are looking to sell.

Ok, here's a draft of the email I'm going to send to this bag. I will send it at 3:00, so if you have any ideas or suggestions (I am afraid I didn't kiss his ass enough, which I think is the way to this guy's heart), please let me know before then: Mark, I wanted to write to support you after the harassment you received on Cyclonefanatic for trying to have fun. I don’t know why everyone is being such a stick in the mud. I figured the hiring of Coach Prohm would have everyone in a great mood and ready to celebrate. The fact that they were all angry and looking to attack you just shows how bitter and miserable they really are. Honestly, I don’t ready CyFan very much anymore, at least not the message boards. They are so negative, I really can’t stand it, but I still love the brilliant work of Chris Williams, so I stop by from time to time. So thanks for your support of CyFan, if it helps Chris do what he does.
Since you’re obviously a very successful businessman, as well as a huge Cyclone fan, perhaps you’d be interested in supporting another site as well. I think it’s amazing that you’re so generous with CyFan! I moderate another message board that focuses on life and sports in Iowa, and while we’ve been around for many years, our footprint is still limited. We like to keep it somewhat small, since we’re trying to discourage the angry and anonymous people that have over- run Cyclone Fanatic. I think having someone like you support our site, even by showing up and engaging with our members, could give the site the shot in the arm to help it grow; by showing other intelligent and reasonable Iowans that there is still a civil place to discuss what’s important to us. We’d be willing to offer you free ad space and full editorial control over your own content, and the ability to limit anonymous criticism against you. Our board is very strictly moderated, to discourage the undesirables, and we’d be more than happy to give you the power to control your own message.
Anyways, it’s just a thought. I know you’re a very busy man, as am I. As a traveling plastics salesman, I know I don’t have the time to visit every website I want to, while out there trying to make a buck. But still, I think your participation in our forum could be something that benefits us both. Please check us out at the following link, and if you like what you see, get back at me and we can discuss future developments. Thanks, and have a great day!
Walt Mcock M.S.
P.S. I am a huge fan of the FAWcast. I need just a tiny spot where I can fanboy out!
I bet he knows Pin2Win.... being DM ballers and all.

You should ask him if he's ever considered getting into commercial real estate and imply you have a multi million dollar commercial property you are looking to sell. I agree. Troll hard or don't troll at all. Rework it with this paragraph and make sure you get on outlook.com account that sounds moar legit. I am a freelance consultant in New York City and have been advising a large company on a significant corporate reorganization project. As this matter will be a front page of the Des Moines Register level of event, I hope you understand that I cannot divulge many details until we have a non-disclosure agreement in place. But by way of background, it would involve the sale of a number of parcels of commercial real estate (consisting of a mix of office space, parking lots and one warehouse facility) that my client would like to divest in as few transactions as possible. The client is contemplating engaging CBRE's affiliate in Des Moines for the transaction, but had a transaction a few months ago with CBRE go sideways and thus they are considering alternatives. Based on your support of CyFan and clear knowledge of the local market, I would like to put your name in front of them as well as a potential broker candidate. To that end, could you please let me know if this is a transaction that would be of interest to you and something you think you could handle based on the limited information I have provided? If so, could you please send me a brief summary of recent commercial transactions you have conducted? If I can convince the client to involve you in the process, we would need to obtain an executed non-disclosure agreement prior to giving you further information. This project is on a fast track and the client would like to have the majority of the properties divested by December 31 of this year.

Somebody call him up, tell him you have an $800,000 property to sell and you want an agent, but before you commit tell him you only do business with Iowa fans because ISU fans are fucking retards (doublewide/fupa gets a free pass)and you don't want a dollar of your money going to that shithole of a university and see what he says.

Basically, it says that a huge company, liek oh I don't know, Principal, is going to shitcan its employees and flee Iowa and that it needs a badass broker to sell the real estate it is leaving behind. This guy would prolly understand it and cum his pants.

That, sir, is why you look up every consultant in the tri-state area who went to ISU on LinkedIn. Troll hard or don't troll at all Precisely. You find your guy, then register "BertJenkinsConsulting@outlook.com" and go to town on old boy. You still lead off with clown fandom and shit and then next Tuesday when Bert goes onto his Linked in and sees creeper was looking at him and is trying to connect, he'll ignore it as a spammy real estate agent.

Bert Jenkins has become my favorite name of all time. So perhaps u make one on LinkedIn, put ISU down as his education and stuff (undergrad AND MBA) and then use him as your alt to catfish this guy into thinking you offering him the chance to sell Principal's real estate assets in Des Moines.

I went to his website...Heaven help me I went to his website. It's a good place to go if you're looking for pictures of Mark Charter. His business website has a popup ad for his own business. If that doesn't shout marketing genius, I don't know what does!
"Alright, I have a potential customer interested enough in my business to browse my site. How do I seal the deal and turn them into a paying customer? I know, I'll take the single most annoying and ignored aspect in advertising, and I'll throw it at them with information about my company, while they're looking for information about my company!"
