I terrified co workers with my thought today: If you're a terrorist group, all you have to do is send some people willing to die for your cause to an infected area of Africa, sneak in to a patient tent, contract, return home, give to others, catch a plane to the US, hang out at major airports, catch more flights, spit on some money and spend it. Al Qaida could watch America implode.

If crushing America is their main objective, fuck hijacking planes, that would collapse our entire nation. EVERYTHING would stop if it started popping up everywhere.

Isn't saliva or any bodily fluid have the virus in it, but only when you're showing symptoms?

Isn't saliva or any bodily fluid have the virus in it, but only when you're showing symptoms? Not a nurse but occasionally play doctor on message boards... Currently they say the person with Ebola is only contagious if they are symptomatic. The virus is still there however. There's some doctor that is testing a test that could identify people before they are symptomatic. Flu season is coming. There will probably be some Ebola paranoia with that. Fever? Is it Ebola?

news.yahoo.com/spanish-nurse-ebola-dog-184950600.htmlThe husband of the Spanish nurse who was diagnosed with Ebola is denouncing health officials who told him their dog would have to be killed as a precaution. In a letter posted to posted to Facebook by Villa Pepa Protective Association, an animal rights group, Javier Limon Romero, the husband of the infected nurse, Teresa Romeo, says an official with the Madrid health department told him "that they have to sacrifice my dog." "I was asked to give them my consent, but I obviously refused," Javier wrote. "He said he was going to ask for a court order to forcibly enter my home and sacrifice Excalibur."

So wait, in another country not overseen by Fartbongo, health officials are suggesting pets could be involved in the transmission of teh disease? Interesting. JFC dude, the fucking virus comes from animals like monkeys and fruit bats in the first place. If those stupid spearchuckers weren't eating fucking wild animals, this disease wouldn't even be on the radar.

Sounds liek old boy in Tejas died, so Obama has cut the number of people with the virus. Three cheers for Obama. Ebola used to be a self-limiting virus. Treating it actually perpetuates it. If you just cordoned off the victims, and then incinerated everything after nature took its course, well, problem solved. Is that a horrible thing to say? Yes. Is it true? Yes. So I'll say it. Totes inhumane, but effective. I mean this is what we're fucking dealing with: Dogs eating dead bodies on streets.

Now, whats to stop someone at a "ebola" checkpoint from taking ibuprofen or Tylenol to bring down any fever that they may have so they can get to a US hospital to get treated? One of the first signs is of course a fever, so if they know they've been exposed, and start to present a fever and aches, etc, they could trick the system. Best way to help stop the spread, stop and ban all travel to/from that region and lock down the borders to keep them all in. If they have to travel, have a "clean zone" that they must stay in for at least 21 days without any contact with anyone else and then let them travel. Make it sound appealing to them and call them a camp. Maybe they can focus during their time at the camp. They can be referred to as Concentration Camps.
