No lamp, no nightstand, and no head board. Is the pile of dirty laundry and x box on the other side of the bed?

High end laminate is a superior to hardwood, especially when you own dogs. Not sure if srs Totes mcgoats. Good laminate is harder and more scratch resistant than hardwood. The stuff they make now doesn't even chip easily. I dropped a big jar o pickles on our floor from chest high and nothing, no marl at all.

Duff, do you consider the house you're in right now to be your forever home? No. We bought it at 120k, wif the work we already done it appraised at 138 a few months back (we've been in the house for 13 mos) When we done I'm guessing its a 160k house. At some point we prolly gonna move by madison.

I went to CRapids last night and had dinner with my cousin. She is 30, and her fiance is 38, and they had the most college apartment of all time. Mattress on the floor. Two futons in the living room. Walls decorated with concert posters, maps, and a poster for the movie Garden State. All that was missing was a black sheet covering the mini blinds, and I would have given her a few ducats out of pity.
Also, apartment complexes in CRapids are depressing.

What are comps in your vicinity selling for? How is the janesville market overall? Depending on sq footage and condition homes in our area are 130-170 (with the exception of one or two 200k properties in five or six block radius) for move in ready properties. The market in janesville is still a bit soft as there is a fair amount of inventory but it's improved markedly in the last 12 mos as the number of foreclosures has dropped dramatically in the last year. This market didn't really hit bottom until winter of 12-13. In addition to the economy tanking and the housing bubble bursting the town also lost around 1,500 jerbs in 08 when the GM plant closed. That's a big number considering the total population is around 60k. We bought just after the bottom, and found a house owned by 70 year old blind lady. We've been slowly updating in the last year and only have half a kitchen, a couple baths, and some windows left. A house two blocks over wif an identical floor plan (the only difference wuz their lower level was a walk out instead of half and half) and completely updated closed for 165 last month.

Also, apartment complexes in CRapids are depressing. That is so true. Most are on shitty areas or are just run down. Anyone remember Parktown apartments? That place was filled with gangsters and drug dealers for many years until the kicked them all out and rebuilt the place so they all moved to Cedarwood hills. What a real dump. There are some shitty townhouse out on Blairs Ferry that are called Cambridge Apartments.
