Wits this wrongful death suit worth? These things have a history of violence, which means the owner was aware of the risk. He should get used for a vagillion dollars.
Unfortunately for the victim's framily there is no way this guy has a homeowners policy that doesn't specifically exclude dog bites. After the first 20k judgement he wouldn't be able to find a policy willing to cover those animals. It wood be like trying to sue a broke ass propane salesman in brOkelahoma.
