An Iowa town is hoping to ensure that its local economy doesn't get flushed away by encouraging residents to buy local products.
Specifically, community leaders in Eldridge want citizens to stock their bathrooms with locally-purchased toilet paper.

Why do you think Eldridge, a town with prolly 4,000 residents, spends $600K on asswipe? At that amount, each person in the "ridge is using 225 rolls of toilet paper in 365 days, or 2/3 a roll per day. Rudy's is the only possible explanation. |
