Problem, flyover country? I read an interesting article this morning listing the 15 cities wear poverty was growing the fastest. Four of them were in Norf Clakylaky. You had better get a gate up around your comunity and fill it with pibbles if you dont want the proles coming and taking your stuff. Problem, WWZ?

I foresee the same color, consistency and shape when that meat finally makes it to your toilet in two weeks.
With that said, you're over-complicating grilling steak.
Bring grill to medium hotness. Put steak on grill. Wait for blood to rise. If you remove it now, it's medium-rare. Flip steak, wait for blood to rise 2nd time. Now it's a perfect (everytime) medium. Flip steak and wait for blood a 3rd time, it's medium-well to well done.
No cutting into the meat, no guessing, no clocks. Try it.

For the truly gifted, the medium-rare can be done on both sides with the blood thingy...you just have to allow less blood to form, then turn it over for a quick 2nd side. I always go for the medium final product and admittedly, have not perfected the medium-rare technique.

Nope. Le whiff's aunts bought a bunch of prime rib in November for a Christmas party that never happened. So they invited me over for it. It was cooked REALLY well, but it was seasoned a little salty.

For a 12oz medium rare ribeye I go 1:30 then rotate 90 degrees. 1:30 then flip. 1:30 rotate 90 degrees. 1:30 done. Let rest 5 minutes.
