It's AWD so you can tell ma you are getting it so you (or better yet your stupid fucking dog) will be safe in the winter while driving. It's a sensible choice. If you look hard enough you might even find a wagon. No way she could say no to a wagon, it's practical. Just one thing, under no circumstances can she drive it. 0-60 in around 5.5, which means stop light to Lou Malnatis dining room in 2.2.

Which does the state of Illinois think is more dangerous?

You can get mini vans with All- Wheel drive bub. And a gas pedal. Only AWD option I've identified is the Toyota Sienna.

I come from a car family. I have driven just about everything at one point, well save for the exotics. I did drive a countach once. It was the only thing I have ever driven that was more uncomfortable than a viper.

Freud might have been on to something. Every animal, every person is a system of cause and reactions. As in any calculation, if you give a formula the exact same input, you will always get the same output. So what does it mean to predict someone’s action? It’s to understand their Formula.

Why not buy a classic muscle car, such as a old 1970 Plymouth 'Cuda? Get one with a 440 6 pack and it would really not depreciate that much in comparison to a newer "exotic" car.
Or just buy a fucking Miata and look like a tiny pussy.

Plus, I ain't sure what is gonna happen to the value of classic muscle cars over time. I think about 92% of that market is guys trying to relive their high school days and when the boomers start dying off, those things may tank in value.

I think about 92% of that market is guys trying to relive their high school days and when the boomers start dying off, those things may tank in value. I get that, and understand your concern over your safety in a 60's/70's classic. Sure, the old fucks are going to die off, but those cars will inevitably be inherited by their shitbag kids, who will either let it rot over the years, or sell it quickly and not care about it. However, more of them will go bye bye or rot away forgotten and will become rarer especially if you keep it in mint condition and maintain it properly. But hell, if you want something newer, look at a 87 Grand National...> Fast as shit, and has a better safety gear being an 80's muscle car. Values on those should stay relatively safe since they were one of the few true muscle cars in our era and those fucks aren't going to die off and forget that piece of americana. Or just get a Vette. I'd recommend a 1985 Chevette.. It's totes choice and hey, the Vette gets em wet.
