BwIs this really that funny.... Milk jug Templeton is fine, the shit in the glass bottles you buy at the store is awful. They should be sued into oblivion just for making that shit in Indiana. A whole shitload of these craft "distillers" are nothing short of marketing firms selling Indiana whiskey and passing it off under some fraudulent story. But, even though I think they are dicks for making TR in Indiana, another side of me views it as a douchebag tax, so notwithstanding the above, I am somewhat sympathetic to the owners of TR. www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2014/07/28/your-craft-whiskey-is-probably-from-a-factory-distillery-in-indiana.htmlMy ultimate problem with it is, however, that Templeton Rye is like any other product named for its place of origin. Parmesan cheese, Bordeaux wine, Kobe Beef, Scotch Whisky, Kentucky Bourbon - in order to bear the name Templeton, it should originate from the Templeton area.
