INT was CJ's fault. Learning experience to get that pass to the outside or not throw it. Should have been about 22 of 34, but some of the incompletions were great plays where he threw the ball away out of bounds and didn't take a monster sack or throw a pick. Shoulda also had 2 TDs but WRs can't fucking catch. Had some shit passes you would expect from guy starting first game. Jake is probably better all in due to having way more reps under his belt, but given equal reps, I think CJ smoaks him bince he can actually throw the ball downfield.

Agree with OK4P on this one.
Can't really compare the two fairly until each has similar starts against similar competition.
Purdue was bad. Really really bad. They played defense decently for one quarter, then tuckered out.
My intuition tells me Ruddock will get the start vs Indy. Then when we win, KF can tell everyone to go jerk off since he gave CJ his start, *and*, started *his* QB for another win.

And from what I saw from sitting on the 50 yard line, 26 rows up, the receivers just basically screwed the pooch on the drops.
All those passes were on the money, especially the one in the endzone.
Not CJ's fault.

Sunshine made several passes, a few of which were dropped, that Lil Riddick can't even fathom making.
Starting Riddick is wasting precious time and experience. Sunshine is far more physically gifted.

I'm still #teamCJ but Jake will get the start in two weeks. Book it. What makes you think that? As long as Jake is healthy Kirk is going to go with what he knows and he is not going to strip the starting QB job away from the guy who has held it since Aug 31, 2013. Sunshine needed to give Kirk a reason to reopen the QB discussion. And although he played admirably and probably at this moment looks about as good as Jake with fewer starts, Kirk will default back because Jake is risk averse. It's too bad too because the WRs basically fucked CJ over. They catch those balls and his stat line looks a ton better and I think the QB discussion is fully opened up. At this time though, expect to see #15 at 11:00am on 10/11.

At this time though, expect to see #15 at 11:00am on 10/11. And just to add. -Even including those drops if only Hillyer makes that TD catch before halftime it's 14-10 -And more importantly if KF wouldn't fucking go for it when you take the obvious points (add two FG's) the game ends 34-10, and it's a dominant win. It's like he goes for it when you shouldn't and doesn't when you should. It's really mind boggling. And back to the discussion, I think Jake probably gets the start vs. Indiana but I also think as Morehouse said, CJ will get more than a token drive from here on out. He has the zip on the ball needed to make this average offense better. I have no problem throwing to a WR at the LOS if the DB is playing off but to do that you need a QB that can get them the ball immediately that is where CJ is much better than Jake.

That will always be the case ginger. Too many have to bitch constantly. We won. CJ led the team and didn't completely shit the bed and we still won. Sure, it was Pudon't but fuck it. We won.
Now, my guess is that because of mistakes (not necessarily those of CJ) I'm sure that Ruddock will start, however if he stalls out too many early drives, expect CJ to jump in and fire up the O.

AND we lost the fucking super bowl to clown-U in the most limp-dick ferrets fashion a mere two weeks ago. Fucking hokk fan collective amnesia. but.....IN KIRK WE TRUST!!!!! Winning ugly! Heart punch!
