Maybe, but I plan to have sold and bought new by the time that hits. And even when the bubble burst, Boulder county held prices pretty well. Didn't see much drop in anything. So I'm not too worried. Too bad Butthurt Former Member got his knickers in a knot and ran away from here like a whiny little baby. You guys could have exchanged ideas for showers, position of door handles, garage doors, water retention basins, cooking appliances and cheap-ass looking paneling. oh, well, I guess you'll just have to bravely soldier on wif out his sage advice. #opportunity=lost I will be reaching out to him via Twitter...shit he blocked me. I will reaching out to him via text.....he ain't blocked me there! Well, at least that I know of.

So I'm not too worried. when it is cheap to live there isn't any place for price to drop too. Here it is way crazy. 2000 sf house for about a million in the burbs. Just the thought of you living in some overpriced Ticky Tacky driving to work for god knows who long to a job you hate makes me smile. Priceless

I'm not a midget, and my wife is of normal woman height, so low door knobs are not desired for me. In fact, I may raise them as giant babby will soon have to stoop to open doors.

Solar, or you're a loser. I'll need to sell my wife on that idea, and she thinks that solar is hippie democrat shit so it won't be an easy sell to her. I have to come up with a good plan of attack to really sell her on that idea and go that route.

Hello Tweetah's Peetah,
Congratulations on your home news. Did your builder or prior seller not already have the handles on the doors? I was not aware that this was not standard in today's measures. It would have looked quite odd had our builder not put them on when we built our new home in November.
Congratulations also on your upcoming child. I'm happy to hear that you will join the Father of Two club. We have newborn twins at home so I am in that club with you.
I am quite perplexed as to why you did not purchase a home that had the pre-existing door handles, or had two babies at once. It would have been much more efficient. If you are ever in need of a life mentor, please do not hesitate to reach out as I would be glad to assist.
Regards, Ed

Regular folks are starting to equity share and colive with other families. This is the reason why CA has the highest percentage of poor in the country when cost of living is factored in.
