Roberts trolled the shit out of Fat Tony using Fat Tony's own prior arguments from the prior case. Scalia is just a rotten fucking pig.
Seriously, fuck the GOP. They are lying evil fucks with no solutions. Of course the meta troll in all of this is that Obimmercare is in fact the conservative alternative.

Well, when you create a federal juggernaut of a law and there are a bunch of people relying on it and shit, the SCOTUS is typically going to concoct a way to uphold it. The far more important case is that Texas housing case where the SCOTUS applied disparate impact analysis to the Fair Housing Act. It has a good chance of becoming the Trial Lawyers Full Employment Act. I haven't read the opinion yet, but the holding on the first page that says "Disparate-impact claims are cognizable under the Fair Housing Act" is prolly the most meaningful holding in the past several years.

But everyone of them lives in some tony ass bubble enclave that is nowhere near the hood. And if any aspect of the hood was proposed to be moved into their backyards, they would throw a gigantic shitfit. When Mayor Daley tore the projects down here, the willing list of recipients was very small and the inhabitants wound up in places liek Harvey. And of course, Hizzoner also got some federal cash behind him and then bought a shitload of people one way bus tickets to places liek Iowa City, Fort Wayne and a bunch of other towns that were willing to take some cash with no clue what they signed up for.

By the end of this week, not only will the republicans have Obamacare, but they'll be forced to watch Kennedy fuck Scalia in the ass and get gay married.

Assuming Vivid gets the rights you think they do some sort of streaming event or do they go pay per view? Irregardless I wouldn't spend my money unless Ginsberg is involved.

Ouch, 5-4 in the gay marriage case. I don't see how 4 can dissent. It is fucking absurd. Iowa was 7-0 with a mix of Dems and Repubs and Drake and Iowa grads on the Court at the time. Government sanctioned marriage is a contract and government simply cannot dictate genders who can enter into a uniform contract.

It isn't like if you are against gay marriage you are going to start being forced to go to all these weddings (that you wouldn't ever be invited to in the first place) Fucking morons.

The Biblical and traditional definiation of marriage is one man and one woman, just like Father Abraham and his wives, Sarah and Hagar. Oh wait...well, the father of Israel, Jacob, lived with his wife Rachel...and Leah, Zilpah and Bilhah. Hmmmm....Well, the great Prophet Moses lead the people along with his...shit...wives Tharbis and Zipporah. Well at least King David only had...7 fucking wives??? Seriously?

Hmmmm....Well, the great Prophet Moses lead the people along with his...shit...wives Tharbis and Zipporah. Well at least King David only had...7 fucking wives??? Seriously? Beyond the hilarious contradictions and hypocrisy, who the fuck cares what biblical definitions are anyway? Le Bible was fucking written out of the Constitution in the first place. If the founders had wanted a theocracy, they would have fucking codified one. They explicitly went in the other direction. Jefferson et al were products of the Enlightenment. Not the Dark Ages. These jackals can't make a cogent argument agin Fag-marryin' without the (hot beef) injection of biblical bullshit. Really, this decision should have been 9-0. You're a theocrat if you're one of the 4 dissenters, plain and simple. Even Roberts, who tried to base his argument on the classic post-Lochner recitation of substantive due process (read: judicial restraint,) failed to address equal protection in any meaningful way, which is really what this shit is and always has been about.
