Meh, a sixer of BLL, and I'd hose down her womb even though I told her I pulled out.

A tenure track prof job in any humanities department (in which I would include law) requires a similar strategy to getting on the SCOTUS (though on opposite ideological ends). You have to act like a dyed in wool liberal until you get tenure, then you can do whatever the fuck you want. And writing center profs are fucking totally worthless, IMHO. They made us send one assignment to them our first year (long before this lady worked there). There were 30 people in my section and we had to write a brief or something about whether cigar smoke blown at someone constituted battery. Our source materials were limited to three highly truncated cases totaling maybe 15 pages of reading. I had to listen to some douche go off on my paper and I was liek "brah, did you read the source materials?" and he was all liek "nah, brah, I ain't gots time for shit liek that." This was during summer and this guy had a god damned week to read 15 briefs (they had two "instructors" assigned) that were limited to 6 pages and he didn't even read the god damned source material. Suffice it to say, I never took advantage of the brilliant legal strategies those fucks had to offer again.
Anyway, is "viewpoint discrimination" in hiring even a claim that is gonna get anywhere? Even at a public university? I fucking doubt it. She's lucky she found another job. Good thing she's in academia.

Having "Family Research Council" on one's resume is not exactly a compelling recommendation. I see that on a resume, I instantly know that you're some kind of a fucking untrustworthy nutjob. Straight to the roundfile.
