Ferentz is on le "Hotseat" and it's a put up or shut up year for him. Watch him somehow luck into 10-11 wins this year and an ass kicking in a bowel game and he gets an extension. That is the last thing any Hawkeye fan wants right now, so it would make sense that somehow luck will fall on our side and even when we play like absolute garbage against a quality team we will somehow pull out a weird as fuck win. So there ya go. I predict 10-2. |

I mean if the guy had a good squad this year, he would have a legit shot at 12-0 based on the schedule and coaching turnover at Wisconsin and Nebraska, which means he will go liek 6-6 or maybe 7-5 at best. We also had a dog shit schedule in 2007 and 2008 and Kurt managed to lose powerhouse games liek Western Michigan on Senior Day and at Illinois those years. It's liek a law of nature to keep us from getting completely embarrassed in a huge bowl game against a decent team. |

Those coupons to the left are a first in my lifetime....Iowa giving away $70 worth of concession food due to lagging ticket sales. 5/7 home sets will be used by me. Our family roadtrip game this year is to Madtown....also known as Madison. I also have time off scheduled around the December B1G champ game in Indianapolis....one can dream can't they?? That Pitt game on the 19th is going to be a FUN one. Lots of folks coming in from all over the USA for that one. Night game @ 7pm...tailgating from early afternoon on. My personal home opener. Whew! |
