If you are ever feeling adventurous get an aversion to shitting in public toilets, load up on Arby's, and spend 21 straight hours in the car wif your family. Sounds like a great way to go.

Not my families name so I don't mind sharing. I've spent time w him and his twin brother at several family outings. It was evident very early on they were both destined for jail, but this was still a pretty good shock. Weird thing was he was always the "better one" of the two. I mean you always hoped that if he caught a couple of good breaks he might make it. Of the two he was definitely the beta and the quiet one. The problem was his brother was in juvie for a few months and when big bro went away he got to be the big dog.

Well today I hope to be going home from the hospital after an unexpected emergent admission. I spent Wednesday evening in gut agony thinking I had the worst case of gas ever and blaming that on a handful of baby carrots I ate as a snack earlier in the day. Figured I had some kind of fiber overload thing going on but no amount of simethicone was helping. After some major vomiting I decided yesterday morning that it was more than gas and let my husband sleep until six before I told him I needed to go to the ER. After a CT scan it was determined that I had a small bowel obstruction. I know everyone is down on Fentanyl right now but that shit was amazing for stopping that pain. For all the stuff I’ve seen in my medical career there was a couple things I didn’t ever want. One was diverticulitis which as you may or may not remember I had to have a colon resection for that a couple years ago. The second thing I never wanted was to have a bowel obstruction because they shove a nasal gastric tube up your nose to your stomach to drain your intestines and stomach. So I had to get that yesterday. I can only say that a chicken bone stuck in your throat has to feel better. I always thought the nose part of it would be painful but it’s actually the throat part. By the afternoon I was only requesting pain meds for that. Fortunately the obstruction resolved on its own and I didn’t need surgery to remove so I might get to go home today. The tube is gone. I hope to get some real food and watch the Hawks later today.
How you doing?

What really sucks is I don’t have a private room. They had none available so here I am and sharing room with a lady that sleeps most of the time and snores a lot and talks in her sleep all of the time. She just used the bedpan to take a big shit so the room smells like shit. I’m sure my husband is happy he picked now to visit. I’m glad my food tray hasn’t been delivered
