You dint mention outdoor shower. You fucking prole. Outdoor showers are part of the problem, not the solution. They contribute to runoff if not built over a permeable substrate.

So back to my original post, add a bunch of rain gardens and the knobs, BTUs and outdoor showers will all be taken care of.

Ty Cobb was at least smart enough to hit the eject button. You'd be amazed at some of the dipshits I hauled up that mountain. And don't kid yourselves...those doctors you to whom you and your families are entrusting their lives ain't all keystone species either.

I'm doing civ pro which will leave me with just contracts to wrap up the multiple choice shit. This gal is honestly reading a 78 page outline verbatim. It is fucking horrid. I can't go more than 5 minutes without losing focus. The outline is fucking horrendous, too. I booked civ pro and have gotten all their stupid checkpoint questions right, but this shit is a prime example of material written by someone who is assuming everyone knows what they are talking about when they start studying. I haven't looked at the Fed Rules of Civil Procedure in well over 10 fucking years and I don't know any specific rule by number other than 12(b)(6).

Man I used to be able to sit down and plow through anything, from civ pro to con law to organic chemistry like a boss but these days my eyes glaze over and my mind wanders into bumps runs if that shit ain’t something I gotta know. I once read and outlined my entire remedies text in three days. No way that shit happens now. Good luck. 🤮

So Pards, Thunda... Thoughts about this? Good God the Eurocucks aren't taking this lightly. I can damned near read the history books that my son will read in high school right now. "The period following World War II through 2019 marked an unprecedented era of peace and economic expansion worldwide. Notable exceptions include some moderate skirmishes in Korea and Vietnam, the Cola Wars of the 1980's and the Burger Wars. Then, in response to Obergruppenfuhrer Drumpfhitler's serving of Big Macs, the European Court of [whatever] cancelled McDonald's Corp's trademark on the iconic sandwich in Europe. In response, Obergruppenfuhrer Drumpfhitler immediately withdrew all US troops from Europe, removed all American support for NATO and the United Nations. Within days, Europe, under a lingering cloud of cuckoldry, was overrun by Russian forces. They put up a moderate resistance and in the end, 40 million Europeans and Russians died. The benevolent Chinese overlords then entered the conflict and took all of Russia and Europe, including the publisher of this fine book, Pearson Academic Publishing."

Is that fuck serving Big Macs AND Whoppers? Are you fucking kidding me? It's McD OR BK. Never McD AND BK. JFC he might as well be mixing Taco John's and Taco Bell.

So Pards, Thunda... Thoughts about this? So, like...who the fuck else is selling Big Macs? Besides McDowell's I think the judge might have been high AF. That opinion makes zero sense. "Yes, see this IS my cock, it's attached right here to my pelvic region, right above my balls. It's my cock, your honor. Look, I'm pissing with it. There, I made it stop. See, it's my cock." "ORLY! That's what YOU say. That's what you WOULD say, isn't it! YOU LOSE! THE COCK IS NOT YOURS!" BTW that twitter feed is awesome

I actually have started making an outline from my hornbook because the bar prep shit is so fucking bad and its 20% of the multiple choice and likely 15% of the essays. It's like they are trying "add value" by putting everything in their own words. Here is what I need. "Rule 11 says [direct quote]. What this means is [explanation]. Here is a hypothetical of that in practice..." It really ain't fucking hard. It feels like Finals Week first semester of law school except with a 3 year old running around and a fucking job, plus trying to run flamewars on message boards.

First day was fine. I never thought the one week pre-1L orientation to common law at the U would ever have any utility, but we got a common law question and I was able to cite Blackstone a number of times and raise a number of potential issues based on that one week class I took over 15 years ago. Can the guy claim an imperfect execution of a writ of trover? Detinue? Replevin? We are at common law here! If anyone ever has to read that question, they are going to be like "this is either some asshole from Yale who wrote a fucking treatise on common law or some complete fucking lunatic who is full of shit." Mainly, my response was an absolute fuck you for expecting people to recite five fucking common law crimes when every fucking state has a codified criminal code. Fuck these people.

Multiple choice day was bad. Really, really, really bad. My buddy spent 10+ years litigating torts, contracts and employment/equal protection/due process issues as an Assistant US Attorney and he had no clue on half the civil procedure questions. It was bad, dude.

It was bad, dude. At least you got that round of golf in though. Wouldn't have mattered. I knew over 90% of the shit in the commercial outline cold. The questions were just an utter skullfuck, dude. Half of them were specifically written to fuck over the bar exam review companies and the other half had two equally good answers and no amount of studying would have helped with those.
