So far so good in '08. I'm waiting until he lays an egg against Northwestern to officially say he sucks this season.

I pretty much agree. My brother gets really pissed at me when I complain about okweefe, but with a defense like Iowa's, we should rock. Just my opinion.
With that said, the offense will look pretty good against teams they can handle IF their line continues to improve and Greene can march over people.
I will always be concerned about our QB situation, and our play calling as long as KOK is here.

Keefe has the potential to screw up any game. Watch the man like a Hawk. We still will not get plays called in time and he'll blame the new 40 second clock.

Sometimes I wish I sat in the east stands so that I can see what he is doing while the play clock runs.

We normally have a pretty stout defense...just think of our potential if we actually had an above average offensive coordinator?

While watching the Capital One bowl replay on the BTN last night all the players were talking about the final play blah, blah, blah. Everyone of them Hinkel, Warren, KF, Greenway, Phil Haddy all described what actually happened, then our boy KOK said that he wasn't sure what D LSU was trying to run that he wasn't sure if it was a zone or man to man? ? What? Is he really that dumb or can he really not remember one of the greatest plays in Iowa Football history?

BUMP. We just saw what should be exhibit number 1 of why that fucking meathead O'Kweefe has to go. Why do our guys look like a bunch of assclowns in the 2 minute drill?
That fucking team lost to Bowling Green, there is NO EXCUSE for Iowa to lose that game.

I think KOK is a double agent. The rest of the conference has hired him and are secretly paying him a shitload to screw up our season. Congratulations KOK, job well done.

I vote that ferentz sucks as well. he had his chance to get rid of that idiot last year, it was his call to stick with jake the whole 2nd half, it was his call not to run greene at all the last 4+ minutes of the game. All those = loss

f**k You, o'kweefe. You're the biggest pile of fucking shit OC I've seen at any level. Thanks for the big L, Asshole. Agreed. I would also add that KF is his boss, so he gets an even bigger helping of shit from me. KF is the HEAD COACH. Jesus. SG goes for a buck fitty. The D had 5 or more consecutive three and outs. We had it rolling, yet JC is at "the helm." Jesus H Christ. We should've won that game going away. We were better, except at QB, OC and head coach (which is amazing considering Wanny is the Pitt HC).

All of em. They suck.

That fucking team lost to Bowling Green, there is NO EXCUSE for Iowa to lose that game. That f'ing team that lost to Bowling Green also barely beat a craptacular Buffalo squad. I just cannot fathom that there might be others who simply refuse or cannot see just how bad this OC is. I can't understand why KF stubbornly refuses to cling to something that is going to be his anchor.

Greene can't march over anyone if they don't give him the fucking ball. This is the thing that pissed me off most about the game on Saturday. Why didn't we give him the ball more at the end of the 3rd and the entire 4th quarter? And when the hell did we think it was a good idea to throw 30+ yard pass plays every down? After Spivey's pick we should have run it down their throat instead Jake throws 3 incomplete passes and we punt. WTF? That Pitt team won't win more then 5 games this year and if we don't beat Northwestern this weekend we could be looking at the same win total.

Bump. Just a matter of time before he loses one for us. Good call Gumby, it was only 3 days before he fucked up the play calling to cost Iowa a game. No timeouts - need to go at least 70 yards for a game winning fg with under 2 mintues and he calls a WR screen for a 1 yard gain. Just fuckin outstanding play calling there.

We had plenty of time to get a FG and Keefe the Drive Killer stands in the way with his play-calling. There was time to mix in run on the last drive, remember the one draw he called that actually worked.
If Stanzi really got pulled because he ignored Ken Keefe at the end of the first half and ran that 3rd down play, I respect Stanzi even more. He realizes that you shouldn't listen to Ken Keefe because he is fucking moron.

It's hilarious on HN the last couple days. Some still are defending KOK, talking about winning out, and bowl games. NChawk was even talking about playing USC in the Rose Bowl at one point. I wish I had some of whatever some of these people are smoking.

The playcalling didn't cost us the NW game but o'kweefe still sucks. Clock management has always been an issue. The O was breaking huddle with 10+ seconds left on the play clock during the last series. Thanks for letting Rick get a split second look at the D before the snap, ken. Did anyone else think that Greene should have been pulled after trying to hurdle the defender and being obviously shaken up? Unbelievably, he gets the ball on the next play and fumbles(kudos to #17 of NW with the big hit). The big donors need to get something together for an immediate buyout package for kenneth, or he needs to quit, or he needs a little persuasion(it worked for Johnny Fontane).
