How to utterly destroy your reputation in one easy step. No one will ever sign a contract with that guy again, what an idiot.

How to utterly destroy your reputation in one easy step. No one will ever sign a contract with that guy again, what an idiot. Sure they will. The housing market in the deep south is white hot and there are builders doing the same shit here. You have to actually read the contract they give you. Some of them are just option contracts and the builder only enters into them because each contract increases the amount they can draw on their credit facility with the bank. Rest assured, if the housing market had turned against that buyer they would have backed the fuck out. But the more reputable builders all have their contracts structured as irrevocable commitments where there is a cost of cover concept built in. It is shitty that they took her $5k, though. I'd probably assess steep punitive damages if I were a judge hearing that case. Ultimately the REALTARDS need to advise people that shit will happen and have them get the contract actually reviewed by a lawyer.

I suppose if the period of 2016 -2020 taught us anything it is that there are a lot retards in this country but I have a hard time believing anyone is going to be signing contracts with a builder when this shit is the first thing that comes up when you google them. I think they’re building on spec from here on out.

I think they’re building on spec from here on out. LOL, Google. The internet is destroyed, breh. Gooogle that builder now. You will see it only if you go to news. They'll SEO the shit out of the company. You can buy a lot of SEO services for the appreciation in housing they've seen. 98% of people looking in 3 months won't find shit on it, and even if they do, I guarantee that builder will have a really good answer to people. And Georgia's population has been growing at close to 10k people per month for a decade, so there's plenty of people who will roll the dice. There's no housing inventory. Don't get me wrong, this is a shitty thing for this company to do, but I really don't think it is going to harm the builder because that shit is par for the course. It's an "efficient breach" and it probably ain't even a breach.

Who the fuck in their right mind would move to the Deep South. I’d rather put a bullet in my head Good. The region is full. Stay home. I took my boy on a 6 mile hike in the mountains this morning and when we were pulling out of the park at 1:30 the line to get in was unconscionably long.

Iowa has got to be the only fucking place on Earth with winter weather that can match Siberia and summer weather that is on par with Baton fucking Rouge.

The difference is the summer in Iowa only last 3 months, not 9.

Iowa weather is truly atrocious but that fucking pervasive jungle heat in the south is intolerable

That could feed a lot of bats. I remember reading an article in Outside magazine several years ag about a scientist who studied mosquitoes in the FL Keys. Most scientists who study an organism, even those considered pests, develop an affinity towards it as it served some beneficial role in the ecosystem. But this dude, the foremost authority on mosquitoes? His mission in life, after years studying mosquitoes, was to kill them all, as he could discern no beneficial aspect to their existence.

Many bullets.
The Oklahoma City Police Department has arrested Saniya Alexander, Melissa Wheeler, Chevaun Gibson, Kenneth Nelson, Sarah Hayes, Karen Gonzales, Thalia Gibson and Steven Hill in connection to the trafficking case. Gibson is charged with offering to engage in prostitution; Nelson, Hayes and Gonzales are charged with human trafficking and distribution of child pornography; Hill is charged with rape; Gibson and Alexander have felony warrants; and Wheeler has a robbery warrant.
