Luca scored 4. At this rate of improvement he will be scoring infinite points by next week.

Wow, I was not expecting this team to be this bad. They play no defense and the offense is very spotty.

What i cant figure out is why a collection of 6-7+ wing players and a 5-11 white boy pg with no backup have trouble initiating half court offense. Maybe if they had another 6-7 white boy bsckup pg it would be better.

They pulled within 1 last night in the second half at Assembly Hall and we know Fran's teams always gel at the end of the season. The time for a extension is now. Edit. Lock in those hard working assistants also. It's a miracle we have managed to keep those guy's around for 8 year's. They have a keen eye for Big 10 level basketball talent and more athletes are on the way.

In all honesty its probably not that bad. The problem is Fran has whiffed in 4 straight years recruiting at the PG position and his teams consistently struggle playing defense. Of course the two most important things in terms of winning basketball games is guard play and defense so......

Well maybe he can still land a guard in this next class. He'll probably have a few open spots. I'd bet a few even over the break. I wouldn't be surprised if Kriener ends up with the Jack Rabbits and I think it will be interesting to see if Gordys boy lasts 4 years. I know Bettendorf is a long ways from IC and travel arrangments may be difficult for the staff but Wisky and Marquette have offered a PG there. Ghost check is vertical.

I too think Bohannon might just declare for the draft after this year too
