Does anybody know if $500 is a good deal to trim a weeping willow? That include cleanup after they cut it down.... I took down a whole 60 foot ash for $900 but that was by traveling carnies. I had a guy in WI that charged $75 per hr cash to rope around. $500 seems a bit pricey but I haven't seen the tree either.

It’s about 15 years old. Got it when it was just a stick about 4ft tall. It’s between 30-40 and as wide and it’s over growing a crab apple that was there before it. So the plan is to trim up and back some of the branches. I love the tree. I love weeping willows. They are beautiful but extremely messy.

Update on the crab grass situation. I got it under control in 2019, but last winter we didn't get a freeze so 2020 was a helluva battle. In late October this year I laid down some LESCO 0-0-7 and then the first week of December I laid down some Scott's winterizer. We have had some good freezes so far this year and the grass has gone dormant and the weeds are all gone, including the winter weeds and crabgrass. I have another bag of pre-emergent that I'll lay down between Jan 15 and Feb 1. I have a really good feeling for next year.

Genius. Of course that’s what’s going to happen to us when all the cars on the roads are like that and have the ability be stopped via hacking and they can lock you in whenever they want as well as track you. Maybe when I finally get a new car I should keep the mini van in case I want to have a carefree day of no big brother watching and can post my fun on FB with my phone.

Home key fobs. The condo door locks were electronic. The HOA deactivated them so they couldn't leave or re-enter their homes.

Better stay first floor with windows you can get out of.
