I took the family up to Bristol, Tennessee on Saturday to watch the NASCAR race. I was parked next to a guy who was 47 and he had 5 grandkids. Bince they let you take a cooler into the race, he was feverishly pouring out some water bottles and refilling them from a 1.75 liter bottle of Aristocrat Vodka and then packing those into his cooler. I looked up that particular brand of Vodka and saw it is only $11 for a 1.75 liter so I was wondering if you guys have had it and was wondering if I could get some reviews.
My review of Bristol is that it is awesome. Beautiful part of the country tucked into the mountains in eastern Tennessee not far from Johnson City. The track is super high banked and stock cars were running over 120 mph average lap speeds on a half mile track. That shit was pretty intense.
Spent the night at my buddy's mountain house just on the NC side of the Tennessee border off I-26. Weather was perfect. Took under 2.5 hours to get to Bristol from my house. The whole drive made me realize how bad the Midwest fucking sucks. You can drive from Aurora, IL to fucking Lincoln Nebraska and only experience 400 feet of altitude change.

That may be true but you will pass 800 Casey's on that drive all of which will have bottles of Hawkeye Vodka on sale for $9.99 which you'll feel completely safe pounding wifout worry of going blind cause it's got "Hawkeye" in the name.

Never had Aristocrat. With easy access to Hawkeye, why would I?

Gawd I love Hawkeye Gin. They add botanicals (juniper resin/oil and citrus concentrate reject) to the choice foreshots and heads from when they distill Hawkeye Vodka.

The methanol is what gives Hawkeye Gin its signature flavor! Seriously though the notion that they separate the foreshot and head from the heart when distilling Hawkeye Vodka is laughable.

The notion "they" distill any thing at all, instead of just buying and rebranding Popov's undesirables, is funny too.

I got hoodwinked into driving to the Orange Bowl by my brother. Anyway, I was unaware that Tennessee was so mountainous. Hit the fuckers going 85 mph at about 2 o’clock in the morning. That woke my ass up real quick .

I’ve only ever drank decent vodkas like Absolut, Skyy, Grey Goose and Tito’s. But the absolute best is Reyka from Iceland. Smooth as barely legal ass. #mentored Never had cheap nasty shit. Same goes for tequilas.

Awwwwhhh. Mr. Waterloo hawk... Nice seeing you post and my old dead dog... What happened to the dog? He was old and sick. Had to put him down February 2018. Said we weren't going to get another one but then we did of course. Got a new dog, Dug, that June. He's around 4 or 5. A pound dog. We are all in love with him. He's a really good boy. Attachments:
