This was done solely to ensure that their GOP pals win next month. I've been predicting this for months. I KNEW Big Oil was going to jack up gas prices to fuck over the Democrats, who they hate. If I were Biden I'd cancel all arms shipments to Saudi Arabia this very second. Brace yourselves for American Fascism, kids. The Democrats lost the election today. Get your guns cleaned up and ready to fire, they're coming for your wives and daughters. It'd be nice if the American people weren't so fucking stupid that they could figure out that the entities gouging them on gas are the same entities funding the GOP. Lay off the conspiracy theories. There’s nothing theoretical about it. I’m a despicable conniving win at all costs son of a bitch, I know how these fuckers operate.

Looks like okeefe is going to make some more money Up four and a half bucks a share right now on Exxon. Account is slightly up on a bad day for the market. I'll take it. Bad day? Dow only down .14%.

About 1 month out from when my car arrives. Finally got confirmation that it is in transit today. Hopefully my current car doesn't blow up before I trade it in.

I asked a guy two nights ago, who was claiming Biden's controlling the price of everything, who got credit for the downward swing in oil prices; and take your pick of what kind of fucked up, backwards assed rationalization was used to justify Biden only getting credit for anything that goes wrong. I said, "Biden's in cahoots with OPEC? I thought Big Oil hated Biden/Libs/Dems, because OVAR REGULASHIONS!!!1!" What gives?

And? Is jizz-shined? Is a piece of crap? Goods... bads? A bit pissed myself. Our 42 mile electric range drops in winter... and we drove well over 40 miles to Green Bay. So my lifetime MPG dropped from 147.6 to 122 right now. Will likely be sub 100 by the time we get home and charge it again.

Why are we building houses without solar panels? I mean, we could seriously improve our energy issues if we just required all housing to have adequate solar to cover normal usage. Problem solved.

Agreed... but don't know what it's like in your neck of the woods. Here isn't enough labor to do proper installs - nor the supplies to do everyone. As soon as Big Solar starts a PAC or donating to candidates, it won't happen.

Why are we building houses without solar panels? I mean, we could seriously improve our energy issues if we just required all housing to have adequate solar to cover normal usage. Problem solved. Oh, so the monstrous refining capacity shortage that we have would be cured if new houses got solar panels? Amazing. I had never thought of that. Somebody better tell the government you just solved the "energy crisis." Would there be exemptions for areas like mine where we have a nuclear plant (plus two new reactors in east Georgia) and an abundance of electricity? It seems wildly inefficient to me to strip mine the shit necessary to make photovoltaic cells, ship them across the Pacific, ship them again all the way across the US and then install them on a house, but we need to "do something" and I certainly don't want to miss out on being part of "the solution." In all honesty, if the government wants to further promote solar they need a law like the one they have for the flag where they preemptively strike down restrictive covenants that dictate where on a house solar panels can go. For instance I think that due to the gravy train with biscuit wheels tax credits and net metering policies I would make out like a bandit with solar panels, but due to the HOA covenants I can only put them on the back of my house which is on the opposite side of where the fiery afternoon sun hits. I know of three other bros in the same boat. There must be tens if not hundreds of thousands in the same boat nationally.
