We shall see....But the games are in Chicago where we're well pretty much dominant. (32-8). Although I am not to excited to see Sean Marshall pitch tonight :/
You know when you hear girls say 'Ah man, I was so shit-faced last night, I shouldn't have fucked that guy?' We could be that mistake!

I've been crying for too long, crying when losing to baltimore when in first place is not an option, can't do it. Crying when steve stone gets the ax, when they blow a playoff series they should have won, crying when jerome walton and dwight smith (the two most promising rookies that year) end up bieng busts, and crying when your starting pitchers woods and prior are filling, among others, about 20M roles warming the bench are acceptable.
Then someone is going to have to give up a piece of their pie so someone else can have more.- Michelle Obama
I'm not bumping this because the baby bears are still getting owned by my Birds. That beating, as predicted, is over with. I am bumping this because the baby bears still have a couple more games against American League competition. Couldn't help but notice that the Sox took them to the wood shed again last night. 4-6 in their last ten games. A couple more of those beat downs, then they can start playing winning ball again against their inferior National League competition until mid-late July, when the baby bears will will start getting pounded by them as well. Accept your fate Cub fans!
God Bless Ronald Reagan, God Bless Heavy Women, God Bless Non Union Coors Light Beer, God Bless Iowa (except Ames) and God Bless America
Ouch......and the baby bear fans are starting to get nervous again.......
Of course, we're always nervous. It seems there is some sort of colossal meltdown around every corner as a Cub fan.
But hey, it keeps shit interesting.
Poor Cubs fans.
I'd liken it to mountain climbing, where you're up near the summit and it's nice and sunny but you see those clouds coalescing and darkening, and you know the shit is gonna go bad, you just don't know how soon it's gonna happen.
Anyone that believes in curses is retarded in my book. Period. We've put together a winning record in our toughest schedule month of the year...without Soriano and Z for the most part. A small slump in the middle of the year...wow...I'll be that's never happened before to a contending baseball team.
Get over it. The Cubs are a good baseball team. Some slumps are to be expected...it is after all a 6 month long season. I'd rather we win all of the games we've lost recently of course, but to think that ANY team is going to go through an entire season without slumping is insane.
If you are looking for my balls, they can be found in her purse.
