I have some friends and family members who are IS-Moo fans who are pretty normal, but I noticed at the game yesterday that there were an inordinate number of inbred/retarded looking people wearing red and yellow around Kinnick. Did anyone else notice it?
This guy sitting in front of us was talking shit the whole game, at least until Brodell took that punt back to the house. I don't understand why, because I'm like the most negative Hawk fan you'll ever find, I expect us to lose just about every game and I don't talk shit about the Hawks until the game is over.
Anyway, This dude could have been a stunt double for Corky if he didn't look so stupid. His forhead was at least 8 inches long and his eyes must have been close to 6 inches apart. Then at halftime, he turns around to me and barber and starts spouting off about how all the Iowa fans probably think the Hawks should be up 31-0 if there weren't so many bad calls by the refs. We kept calling him Corky thereafter. He was an absolute douche.
He was pretty mad when the game was over and I yelled "Later Cork." Barber waved at him several times while Cork waddled down the stairs and looked back up deciding whether or not he was going to try to charge us with his cro magnon dome.

Sorry gumby, no pics. I'm too lazy to take my camera to the game.

Yeah, but things like cameras, cigarette lighters (fire), and assorted shiny objects are distracting to Clone fans. Just in case one of them gets up in your grill.

BTR,
I watched the game on the BTN yesterday, and there were a couple of crowd shots that showed the Corky factor for the world to see. My brother, also a UofI grad, lives in Nevada (the Iowa town, not the state) and he has to deal this Corky crowd incessantly. He called me several times after the game. That guy is really happy.
Your post was awesome. I wish we could've been there.
We will be at the Mildcats game, however.
Go hawks.

I was at a bar in downtown Columbia, Missouri, constantly checking the score on my phone as the douchebag bar owner refused to put even one TV on the Iowa/ISU game. Pissed me off to no end.
So, when the score went final, I stood up and sang "In Heaven There Is No Beer" at the top of my lungs. Everyone looked at me goofy, but who cares. I bleed the RIGHT kind of black and gold.

I had some ISU douche bags that kept stretching out and holding up an ISU flag ( one of the big ones 3 x 5 ), everytime ISU got a first down or during a play where they were gaining yards, finally after the 5th time I tapped one of them on the shoulder and told him " I'm heading down to the bathroom, mind if I take your flag, I need something to wipe my ass with. " Pissed him off royally and started to get pissy until he heard everyone behind me clapping and cheering my comment. never saw the flag again. Fucking douche, I missed a better part of the 1st quarter looking through a red flag. I should have taken it from him, threw it out in the aisle and lit it on fire. I've sat around a ton visiting team fans in Kinnick, ISU fans have to be the most annoying and uneducated about football I have ever witnessed.

So you didn't even get to watch the game? That's a fucking travesty!!! Props to representing the "In Heaven there is no Beer", though!

I was in upstate NY, so I missed it too (listened to WHO's stream online though). I look forward to the BTN replays so I can catch sight of the clownsuit-clad halfwit lab escapees BTR described. I'm sure they won't be too difficult to spot. As for the "annoying/uneducated/etc fans" comment, I direct your attention to www.cyclonefanatic.com. WowfuckingWOW. Makes the HN free board look like a bastion of logic and football wisdom.
