I wouldn't trade places with that dude for all of his money right now. Here is my prediction:

Right now, someone from the DOJ is reading every Lehman Bros. SEC filing. Dubya will put in an executive order to have him arrested. Fuld, or some other financial exec, will be a test case under the certification rules of Sarbanes-Oxley. Dubya will have him arrested about a week or two prior to the election to show how tough on crime the Republicans are and remind us all of the polar opposites of the parties today, either vote for a tough on crime, tough on terror Republican or a Hamas sympathizing soft on crime Democrat.
