I am guessing this guy is going to kick his son's ass if he really didn't know about it. Either way it doesn't look good for him. Something like: "If she wasn't doing anything illegal, there's nothing to hide". I see a job opportunity for the fellow at NSA / Homeland Security.

Calling that kid a hacker is quite a stretch. He didn't hack anything, he worked through an password retrieval system. Your mom could pull off that hack.

Either way he is still going to jail. I would say deservedly so. If they have it right on the news channels it's a felony offense.
