With OJ being convicted on all 12 counts on Friday, what will the most likely sentance be when handed down in December? Or could it vary wildly depending what the judge decides to impose? Didn't know if there are mandatory sentances she must give.

The biggest factor which will hurt O.J. is the fact that a gun was used during the robbery. If it hadn't have been, then it would be likely that O.J. would have only faced probation. O.J.'s defense counsel have indicated they will appeal the verdict (and will probably be successful on the kidnapping charge), but the rest of the charges should stick. Judge Jackie Glass is one of, if not the, best judges in the Eighth Judicial District Court in and for Clark County, Nevada, and she will not allow Simpson any leniency. This has already been demonstrated last Friday when she immediately incarcerated O.J. as opposed to allowing him to remain free until sentencing. Expect O.J. to spend the better part of the rest of his life behind bars.

Yea I thought she might not be too sympathetic after not letting him remain free until sentancing.

So can we call this karma then?? This should have never happened to be honest, he should have already been in prison. I hope he spends the rest of his worthless life inside the walls.
