I imagine they look a bit like this: Those T shirts are rad. What the hell is up with Minnesota and bathroom stall sex? That is one fucked up state. A perfect place for a GOP convention.

She doesn't look 38 and he looks older than 26. I'm calling BS on her story. I have no way of knowing they are real for sure but I think they are. I think she looks that age but the dude does look a little older than 26 even though it can be hard to tell. I will say she is cougar-riffic, I'd hit it. Her story is total BS, at least she is not crying rape though. I have a hard time believing this kind of thing would be a first time for someone with a strong enough libido to bone a stranger 12 years her junior at a NCAA football game with fans cheering her on.

Mr. Walsh is a bona fide motherfucker.
She's a mother, and he done fucked her.

She may not be crying rape, but her comments seem to come awfully close to hinting at it.
He is the oldest looking 26 year old I've ever seen. My mom is almost 51 and she has way fewer wrinkles than he does. I swear I've seen his picture before, though.

I have seen other pictures of both on different sites and they look the same. I am pretty sure those pictures are 100% real.

I heard on a radio show this morning on Sirius, that she is talking with a lawyer about her "options". She acknowledges that she drank way too much and blacked out. She says someone must have slipped something in her drink. Didn't she say she was drinking wine at home though? Evidently if you are female and drink to the point of blacking out you can do anything you want and it is okay as long as you don't remember it. Hell, I don't remember the Northwestern game (at all) and every other game is fuzzy at best, but I never did anything I regretted, other than paying $50 for tickets and not remembering the games.

I hear ya', Dug. It may seem hypocritical coming from someone that received a public intox chiming in on this...but that's messed up. Take responsibility for what you did, don't pass the blame. As soon as I heard she was "weighing her options", I just rolled my eyes and shook my head. If she had really been raped, apparently there would have been quite a few witnesses. It sounds like in her original statement, she was taking accountability...but she probably talked to some shitbag lawyer that's trying to make a name for himself...

Oh yeah, they mentioned the dozen or so people watching as well. They said they all thought that it was consentual (which I'm 99% sure it was)

I'm sure it was consensual, however I *think* state law (at least in Iowa) says if the 'victim' was under the influence or otherwise incapacitated (drunk, drugged, etc), she/he is unable to give consent. I'm not sure how it works when both parties are drunk off their asses.
For the record, I do think that if a sober woman got a guy drunk and took advantage of him, he should press charges. Of course, the guy would likely just think "Dude! I got laid! Sweet!" and be heralded as a stud by all of his friends.

I agree, who the fuck would take a date rape drug to a football game with the idea of fucking some chick in the bathroom. I would think her lawyer would be smart enough to figure out that probably isn't a realistic possibility.

I'm not sure what the laws are, but I've known some girls that can hold their liquor better than some guys. It's scary to think that the word rape could come into play if the girl is drunk. I think if I were single and playing the game, I'd carry around a breathalizer before sex. Cover your ass...and hey, get the girl blowing (sorry, couldn't resist)

I think if I were single and playing the game, I'd carry around a breathalizer before sex. Cover your ass...and hey, get the girl blowing (sorry, couldn't resist) Here's the problem. Guys like thunderhawk go to law school and try to show everyone how "progressive" and "liberal" they are and how much they hate men. They sit around a room cooking up new ways to criminalize everything. Of course, some gal will pipe up about binge drinking or what not, and before you know it, fascist leftist groupthink cooks up the idea that consent can be retroactively revoked if the gal is too drunk to consent. Don't get me wrong, if a gal is passed out drunk, she has not consented, but the "progressives" have taken it one step beyond that, such that if on the morning after, said girl has any regrets, she can decide she was too drunk to consent, even though she did consent, and the male will forever be branded a rapist and will essentially be stuck dealing with a legal system that has twisted presumptions and rules of evidence to the extent that the male will essentially have to prove his innocence. Mr. Walsh may have thought he had consent at the time and hell he might have, but this broad is now going around and essentially accusing this guy of roofying her drink and raping her. Sure, she isn't breaking out the r word, yet, but this disgusting scenario plays itself out everyday in this country and feminists like T-hawk just eat it up. Proponents of legal egalitarianism, like myself, will argue that both parties in such instances should be treated equally. If MILF consents to getting pounded in the Hawkeye Honeymoon Suite, she has consented and no level of voluntary intoxication can revoke that consent. If she did not consent and Mr. Walsh had relations with her anyway (committed sexual assault or rape), he should be found guilty of rape regardless of how drunk he was at the time, his voluntary intoxication is not a defense. The road should go both ways, but when T-hawk and his feminocentric soft on terror allies have upstanding taxpayers like itheus pondering carrying a breathalyzer to shield themselves against criminal liability from a consenting adult, you know something is seriously fucked up in this country.

I can only imagine how scary that would be, getting in trouble having sex with a drunk chick. I don't know alot of people who don't have drunk sex - esp. in college. I mean, passed out drunk is one thing, but going out and getting hammered and then hooking up is a normal activity in college. At least it used to be.

I got quite a few dates by holding the hair of the vomiting chicks & keeping the hounds away until the chick passed out in a safe environment. Once sober, they tended to like/respect that more than the alternative.

If she hadn't of gotten busted, you never would have heard a peep out of her.
Still surprised somebody didn't get a cellphone photo of it, or, a U-tube type of movie.
Pity.
