We're being asked to complete our employees' reviews early this year. If bored, feel free to help me complete them.
If any of you are a breathing thesaurus, give me some synonyms for: completed, solid, analytic skills, effective.
I'm also running out of pronouns.
I'm thinking I might just do one review and use for all? They're pretty much all the same anyway, right?
Should I incorporate Hawkeye player euphemisms (sp?) into them ala blackheartgoldpants?
"Steve completed the assigned tasks within the prescribed deadlines. Though he did have an epic Greenwood by missing the cover sheet on his TPS reports."

How many employees are you talking about?

Deux.
It's all a "moo" point now as I had to have them to my VP today.
Honestly, I have two REALLY, REALLY GOOD employees. Both are funny and just good people to be around. And both are pretty hard workers, very dependable.
One's an ISU grad. He and I have some good-natured back and forth. The other a Hawk, so you know she's top notch.
I'm pretty fortunate really.

So, did the ISU grad run into the goalpost on any assignments this year?

LOL!
No goalposts were run into. He did manage that fry station pretty well, and consistently asked customers if they wanted to supersize though.

Geez... An abridged thesaurus would have provided enough synonyms for two people... Besides, it's not like the VP would read the mundane detail --- only the conclusion & how much it would effect the bottom line. I'm betting you would have been OK with simply changing the "She"s to "He"s on the same review.
