By the way SoCal......you kind of incinuated 9/11 happened on the GW watch. A little misdirection there, isn't it? Let me know if any of us need to take you back to the gutting of CIA opporatives and tactics during the Clinton years and the golden opportunities to kill or capture Osama Bin Laden that the Clinton administration passed on. It was GW that was in the position of having to beef up the CIA, the FBI and the Military after Clinton decimated them. Hold on there, buddy. The heyday for domestic terrorism occurred during a Republican administration. Nixon simply had no answer to Bill Ayers. Of course, Bill Ayers is now collecting a fat check from the government rather than working for 9 cents an hour in prison, so the Republican track record in stopping domestic terrorism isn't exactly stunning.

You guys are fucking retards... At what point in your paranoid/deluded future does the Taliban plan on creating an invasion force for the mainland US? Gotta have an enemy to justify your paranoia. Heck, even the USSR (people with much MUCH greater capability & reason) didn't invade us. ...Go home and jerk off to your copy of Red Dawn. Those same leaders you adore told people to arm themselves with Duct Tape and plastic sheeting (which coincidentally?!? got that speaker a quid pro quo spot on Home Depot's board) PS - I loved the "the man has kept this Country safe for the duration of his presidency"... except for 9/11 & post 9/11 Anthrax letters & the color coded alert system & the economy & oil & ...... Especially when the man hasn't done jack shit. Yeah yeah yeah....we are idiots. Forget the Taliban! Whether it is the Taliban or another terrorist group....or groups......it isn't hardly far fetched that terrorists will make their attempts to wreak havoc in our Country. Who really doesn't believe that the United States is at the top of every terrorist priority list in the world? I have no doubt that we are the #1 target. You should have no doubt either. The Military is the first line of defense. At some point, unarmed American citizens will be damn happy that armed American citizens exist. I'll make sure my 80 year old grandma has a shotgun in case some terrorists strike Iowa.

I'm starting to get scared that terrorists are going to strike soon. Ok, not really. But, if they did, I'd become an insurgent and shoot at them. Maybe all of the gangbangers can help arm the population too, they would probably be one of our greatest assets if a war on our turf ever happened (which it wont').
I'm far more concerned about isolated bomb attacks than any sort of ground war. What are they going to do, genetically engineer camels to grow fins so they can get here to start a ground war?

Our best defense is that the terrorists wanting to invade/attack the US are as retarded as Iowafan is.
PS Iowafan - what ever happened to all of those gay arabic translators fired during the Bush admin & never replaced?

Another good one, Traitor with Don Cheadle. It's a new release. Excellent and scary!! To the 40 year old overweight guy carrying a gun, I believe Bluzm is in his 50's and I don't know if he is overweight but he is the first guy that came to mind. I kind of side with dems' on this one although I don't necessarily have a problem with shotguns strictly for hunting. I may be ok with handguns for self protection if the right guy persuaded me. But people buying these AK47's and shit is ricockulous. EVERY administration has some stupid moments from Bush on back to Washington. Although don't expect me to provide a link with something stupid GW did over 200 years ago.

Having an armed citizenry is very important, especially if you live in a place that is being invaded. Luckily for all of us, we live in the country that does all of the invading.
Maybe we could sell those bumper stickers to the Iraqis.
