They suck. That's all there is to it. I think they did a poor job officiating the Iowa-OSU game tonight. Other thoughts?

I had great seats for the game last night and I think the biggest problem was the inconsistency......they would let a mugging go, then call a cheap hand-check. While they were bad, they didn't cost us the game. Lick did a great job with his match-ups to get Davis that look off the drive by matching him against Lauderdale......

I think it's funny how much people complain about Hightower. Do you people actually believe that he has a personal vendetta against Iowa? Just curious.  |

I don't think he has a personal vendetta against Iowa...I think he's just inconsistent with his calls. Eddie favors Eddie. The dramatics he puts into his calls illustrates that. |

I had great seats as well and have to agree. Ohio State was holding and mugging Jake and Matt all night and never called it. Then they would call a touch foul on them. A lot of missed traveling calls on both sides, the palming call on Jake was horrible, the flop that was called in crunch time, etc. I don't think it cost Iowa the game because it was equally shitty for both teams. |
