Anybody have any good recomondations for chicken wing sauce? I use Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce at home and it's pretty good but being a chicken wing connoisseur, I need to take it to another level. Please, please help.

In case you haven't noticed, most people on this board are vegan liberals who wouldn't know a good wing sauce if it hit them in the ass.

I know Wild Wings sells their sauce. Parmesean Garlic is my favorite...though it seems to be really hit or miss with people.

If you wanna make your own sauce than mix some of that Franks with some melted butter. Essentially wing sauce is butter, vinegar, hot sauce, cayenne (or other pepper spice), so mix up a few batches and see what it tastes like-half the fun is creating it. Personally, I often go the lazy route and buy the BWW sauce-Hot or Wild-although in small doses the parm garlic isn't bad. Further, I like to buy the precut wings (Fuck cutting the wings up myself), do the pot o'oil thing on the stove, remove wings, slather in sauce, put on non stick baking sheet & put in preheat oven for a few mins (not long just enough to make sure they are the right temp after saucing), resauce, and voila.

I'm a pretty big fan of the Caribbean Jerk and Asian Zing Sauces at BWW.
When I worked at the Wig and Pen I used to make a pretty good wing sauce with about 1/4 cub KC Masterpiece original sauce, 10-15 shakes of Tabasco, 2 Tbsp of honey, 1 tsp of Caribbean Jerk seasoning, 3 Tbsp of generic hot sauce, and 1 tsp of cayanne pepper. Bleu cheese was the dipper. People either really liked them or thought they were ok, depending on how much they liked BBQ sauce. When I had the time I would fry the wings then stick them in a 500 degree oven for a couple of minutes to camelize the sauce on the wings a little. Depending on your tastes they were either really good or just decent but rarely disgusting.

BWW has some good sauces. I agree, it's just to bad a dozen wings is like $9.95 and they seem to find a way to charge you for everything including the TP you used to wipe your ass. If I am going to pay extra for some F'ing Celery stalks and ranch dressing my server better be walking around in orange booty shorts and a skin tight tank top, thank you very much.

Buffalo wild wings has pretty decent Ribs to, if you ever want a change from the tuesday thing.
I prefer the Spicy garlic Mix. If i had my druthers though, It would be a mix of half Spicy Garlic half Medium sauce.
I used to think the Parm Garlic sauce as nasty. I kinda like now.
Itheus, You know those 8 dollar pre-packaged pork loins that I cook every so often. There is a new flavor out now that is Parm. Garlic. I cooked it up for Sunday night Supper the other night *ahem...dick* and the pork loin was literally douched in parm. sauce. It cooked up very good. Pick one up.

It turns out we have to reseal all the walls, plus I had to tuck-point some areas. I wasn't just sitting on my couch deciding not to hang out.
