Take pictures. You may need to for tangible memories.

Take pictures. You may need to for tangible memories. I did better then pictures. I have videos. They are pretty sweet too. I probably have 20 or so. Some short, some long. I'm going to narrow it down to five and post them on here. I just need to figure out how to post videos. I think I'm going to try to post them on you tube and link them. But I don't know how. Anyway, I'll do this on Sunday. Still in my hometown getting wasted. Can't do now. Funny little stories at the concert. Good video. Stay tuned. P.S. Any technical advice on how to best post vides, please share.

Well, I made it back home without being arrested. So it was a pretty good bender all in all.
The weekend was sweet. The show was nuts. One of the best shows I've been too. The band that opened for Slightly Stoopid absolutely killed it (Rebelution). That was a nice bonus. I now have a new band to add to my current favorites.
I got some sweet videos. I'm going to post a few on here (loading them on YouTube as I type). It was a cool atmosphere. Plenty of drinking and ganja smoking. Probably the second most fun birthday I've had.
Stay tuned for videos.

Rocking out in G-Town? Did you rip up the Eagles club? Or hit the high priced place that took over for the Down Under Pub?

Here's a sweet video. This was right before they started playing "Sinsemilla". They asked the crowd for some spliffs and people started throwing them up on stage.

This is from wikipedia; about Rebelution (the band that opened for Slightly Stoopid): "Their debut album, Courage to Grow, was released in June of 2007 and became a critical and commercial success, surpassing expectations for such a new group. Not only did the record garner mass downloads and radio play on monster stations like San Diego's 91X, Los Angeles KROQ and San Franciscos Live 105 (where they are now in full rotation), but it was also selected as iTunes Editors Choice for Best Reggae Album of 2007. Since its release, Courage to Grow has been in the top 10 iTunes Reggae Album sales where it currently sits at second most downloaded (behind Bob Marley's Legend). It peaked at fourth on the Billboard Reggae charts." I was super impressed with these guys, but damn. Apparently everyone else is impressed with them too. The second most downloaded iTunes reggae album behind Bob Marley's Legend. That's some pretty damn good company. I wish I would have taken some video of these guys playing. They really did blow the roof off the place. But I was saving the memory on my camera for Slightly Stoopid. BTW, I have a few more videos that are pretty cool. I just have to get to my computer at home to post them. It takes forever to load them on youtube, so I kind of lost interest. Although, judging by the replies on this thread I don't think anyone gives a shit anyway. LOL

Oh yeah, I bought the "Courage to Grow" album at the concert and I think it's amazing. I'm not bullshitting when I say it could be the best record I've heard in a long while.
I would recommend anyone that even has a slight interest in reggae music pick this bad boy up. You will not regret it.

Nightcrawler is my favorite song off of the album. But every song is listen-to-able.
