If the UNO thing doesn't come to fruition, Alberts has had serious discussions with a Des Moines, Iowa, radio station to become a co-host, along with Kenny Miller, on KXNO's sports talk show, according to a source. According to the source, Alberts, who lives in Atlanta, is waiting to commit to the radio show until the UNO situation is resolved.
"There's been no determination on that yet," Miller said Friday of the possibility of working with Alberts.journalstar.com/blog/huskers.php?title=watching_alberts_uno_closely&more=1&c=1&tb=1&pb=1

I can honestly say, I don't think I would mind that a bit.

Alberts to KXNO? Ugh... no thanks. Not impressed with his football "analysis" skills.
I played against the guy in high school (NU High in Cedar Falls). Dude was decent, but got to Nebraska and hulked out. Then went to the NFL and did jack shit. Hmmmmm........ Interesting.
The only thing I would be interested in hearing him say on KXNO would be his answer to whether or not he juiced in college.
Edit: Although I will admit that I have never heard him talk about some stupid fukking movie he saw or talk about Red Sox baseball in the middle of December... during NFL and bowl season. Might not be so bad afterall!

That would be a good get for KXNO. When he was on ESPN he was pretty good and didn't just talk SEC football like ESPN would have liked him to.

He had stay pretty neutral obviously at ESPN...would like to hear him talk about Midwest football now that he's not obligated to suck the SEC's crank.
