When I lived on Sicily (93-96), it was routine for the Sicilian kids to siphon gas to power their mopeds.

I had one of those locking gas caps....didn't do a thing...they simply pried it off and took about 5 gallons out of my tank.

The Rose Bowl was an over-blown hype-fest that dumb-fuck stupid Iowans priced out of everybody's grasp. It was fun for the first :11 seconds. Dumbasses.
