Just had a Delmonico for lunch - skipped the double p-house. The double p-house is so 2007.

It's a cut off the Ribeye loin that tends to be a little more marbled. One side of the Ribeye loin is leaner then the other and as you move down the loin it becomes more and more marbled.
It has great flavor and is very tender due to the amount of fat.
