I got an email from Amex to buy Miley Cyrus tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Do those things sell for substantial premiums? if I buy 4 tickets for 80 a piece, how much will I make on a resale?

I know a little something about the secondary ticket market. In theory you could make bank, but they are killing the secondary market by making tickets non-transferrable for that tour. It was a big deal last time in KC because out of a 19K seat arena only 9K tickets were actually sold to the public.
NIN recently did this on their website. You didn't have to join a fan club. They offered the best seats in the house, but they also printed your name on the tickets, set up an extra large will call and you had to show photo id to get your tickets. It worked really well, as long as you didn't get sick or have a last second conflict.

So all I'd have to do is get a judge to lift that order, then find three 12 year old girls to take to the concert? Brilliant.
