in a football stadium that is right behind the goal posts that ticks backwards after the ball is set after every play?
If you had a job that paid you over $200k a year to tell someone what to do before that clock hit a certain point, would you be able to do it or would you shit the fucking god damned bed and stand there looking like your name is fucking corky fucking okeefe and burn all the god damned timeouts and further rattle the fucking confidence of a redfuckingshirt frosh qb? No come to think of it, there is nothing better to do to help the confidence of a kid than for him to break the fucking huddle with 8 seconds to get the offense set and snap the fucking ball. Oh, but my guess is that the playbook for Vandenberg is just chock full of plays that the staff has worked on with him, it's not like you should be dealing with a skinnied down playbook with a handful of passes that your backup is proficient with, oh no, you gotta break out the full fucking playbook and think about every fucking play in it.

The sad part is all of that is 100% true, I also don't understand why you run a naked bootleg on your own three yard line. I don't give a shit if Indiana bit on the fake, the risk reward for that play isn't worth the risk. I would rather take my chances on our OL blocking a guy then hoping that NW All American DE bites on a fake. Eubanks got screwed on that hold that's the first time I have ever seen a pancake block get called a hold.

Chuck Long was a subpar head coach. But he was a great OC for Stoops at OK.
And I hear he's currently unemployed.
Having Keefe on the staff means you're playing the other team with one arm tied behind your back. For fucks sake, even on the last play versus MSU it was McNutt who called the fucking play.

Another thing about that naked bootleg in that field position was in the 10 years before with this staff it would have been run the ball 3 times and punt. Now by trying to get cute they not only lost the starting QB for the rest of the year, they just pissed a great season down their leg. Also with Eubanks getting screwed, I think the official was just as shocked as everyone else that Eubanks could actually have a pancake block and figured he must have held to do that.

What's the problem? a) The kid is a college student. b) There are only 5 or 6 plays to learn Any college student should have the capabilities of learning that amount of anything.
