I have been saying it fucking year long, I don't know where our next win is going to come from. Finally, some of you are coming around to my way of thinking.
This game will be ugly. Really ugly. They will run a lot of read option and we WILL NOT HAVE A CHANCE IN HELL OF STOPPING IT. Remember what Denard Robinson did in the Michigan game? Had he played the whole game, they would have scored 63 fucking points on us, and he's no TP. They're going to roll out 4 and 5 wide sets and just tell TP to run it up the middle. Holding him to 6 yards will be a moral victory for the defense. The only way drives are stopped is on penalties.
So that's the d. Now for the O. This is gonna be ugly. I predict no fewer than 5 drives that consist of 3 plays or fewer (3 and outs or turnovers right away). We might get some yards against the scrubs at the end, but the offense absolutely will not cross the 50 in the first half unless the defense or special teams comes up with a big play.
Final score - OSU 34, Iowa 3.
