I have an HTC Touch Pro with Sprint. It's definitely sweet. It's a touch screen, I can watch TV on it, surf the web, has GPS, 3.0 mega pixel camera (not bad for a phone), full slide out qwerty keyboard, good amount of apps, etc.
All in all, it's pretty sweet. My fiance has a Palm Pre, it's pretty cool too. But are they worth what we pay per month? That is the million dollar question. It's cool to have all the fancy bells and whistles, but ultimately it is still just a phone. I fucked with mine all the time at first, then I just got bored with it.
It is nice to have that shit in certain situations though. Like when I was in Omaha this weekend, with no computer. Having access to the web, and GPS pretty much anywhere is pretty balls in those situations.

That was a big reason I thought about not getting one and so far I'm still having fun messing around with it but I can see how the luster will wear off eventually. Is it worth the extra $25 per month? Probably not.

Right on man....I use a prolish-flip-top-Nokia via AT&T....phoning and texting....that's it. Dude, we've all seen your fucking pink phone, you don't have to tell us about it. Through all of my drunken stupors, there are two things I remember most about the past two football seasons: 1) an unnamed dude being arrested for a crime he didn't commit and 2) Seth's pink phone. Wrong douche-drinker....I have had a BLACK Nokia, manly phone, for over 15 months now.
