Thankfully, this flood will not affect tailgating in Ames at all.

well, this means He didn't care for Iowa or Cedar Rapids a couple of years back. Was that the year Pollard put up the billboard? If so, it all makes sense.

Except maybe Wegher. And Coker must have sinned egregiously. (For the record, and do I even need to say this...I don't believe that God, whatever that entity may or may not be, gives a flying fuck about human affairs. As evidence I offer the 20th century.)

In all seriousness though, gotta throw out some Ts and Ps for those affected by this shitty flood.... in Ames and elsewhere.
Clone fans or not, I'll be thinking about them.

Are the Des Moines Wastelanders doing OK? I'm traveling back to DSM tonight and heard its already raining more over there. The pics of Ames look pretty sad, didn't know if DSM is holding it together.

I'm no longer a DSM Wastelander. I'm officially a Grinnell Wastelander. But I am curious as well. I'll be in DSM this weekend though. I'd like to get some rounds of disc golf in, but sounds like that may not be an option.

I probably won't be able to disc until Sunday but I'd be down for a couple of rounds for sure. Let me know what's going on.

Thankfully all is ok at the Itheus household. I'm sure glad I resealed and tuckpointed a couple of winters ago, though.
Just had to buy a new furnace and AC...so had I gotten flooded too...well I probably just would've lost it.
