Oh where to begin?
I am a common prole and deal with fuckstick customers on a daily basis. Okay, maybe 1/3 of the people are really decent, nice people. The rest are just fucking cumstains on the bedsheet of the world.
One of my biggest annoyances are people who call after hours and/or on weekends and leave a message that they "are waiting by the phone for my call". Maybe I shouldn't say it is annoying as much as it is funny, because I wonder how long the fucktard actually sat by his phone on a Sunday afternoon.
Second are the people who refuse to leave a phone message with any details other than their name and phone number EVEN though my voicemail greeting asks them to leave a detailed message of their concern so that I can address it when I call THEM back and invariably get their voicemail in return. Instead, it's a constant game of phone grab-ass because I am on my phone about 80% of the day.
Finally, working in Claims, people who think we are some fucking charitable organization and their 1992 Toyota Camry is worth $8,000 but have no way of backing that up with anything tangible. I have one dumb bitch that calls me every few weeks to bitch about her claim and is a perfect match for this complaint. Her car was a major piece of shit, she admits is was not in the best condition, wants about twice what it is worth, and after three conversations now still cannot provide any proof to support her over-inflated counter-offer. Then, she gets all pissed off and threatens an attorney even though she must not be able to find one to do pro-bono work cuz she sure as fuck could not afford one.
That is all for now!

Some of my customers are absolute rubes who know nothing, but somehow think they're in a position to be hardasses about pricing and add-ins. I grit my teeth and keep it professional when I have to deal with these types of assholes. All in all, though, I'm happy to say that probably 85-90% of my accounts are not shitheels. I'm pretty lucky.

When I say call to set up an appointment, that's actually what I mean don't just fucking show up out of the blue and assume that I have free time to meet with you. Sorry asswipe you can't sit and wait 30 minutes for me to get done with the client I am meeting with that actually called to set up a time to meet or you can go back home and wait for me to call you back to guess what, set up a time to meet with you.

Me: "9-1-1, what is the location of your emergency?"
Caller: "Well it's not an emergency, but (insert stray dog, illegally parked car, etc. B.S. here)"
Happens probably 5 times a shift to me alone...

It's 4:30 on Friday and here comes a client with a very sick animal that has been sick all week, but "I just couldn't wait until Monday, Doc." Really? The fucking thing has been puking, had explosive diarrhea, bleeding from the eyes or whatever for days and now you show up???
The other is a client who authorizes tests, asks for drugs, etc., and then doesn't have any money. What? I have to pay for this now?
I fucking hate people.

Finger pointing. Let's figure out the problem, resolve it, and need be figure out how it happened at a later point.

How about this one, this past Thanksgiving: Blackberry goes of 8 times in a row - red exclamation point on all "We need to get this escrow agreement done ASAP. I know the bank is closed today, but they need to have it in their hands first thing tomorrow morning." Me: "ORLY? Have you confirmed anyone in the legal department is working" "The bank is open." Me: "I know, but is anyone in legal working?" "If the bank is open, we have to get it to them." Me: "Okay, fine then, but I doubt it matters if we send it before Sunday." Response to email I sent to bank's legal department on Thursday afternoon after working on stupid document for four fucking hours while my mom and stepdad hung out: "OUT OF OFFICE REPLY: I will be out of the office until Monday, November 29, 2010. Happy Holidays!" FFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!! It's like I'm fucking Nostradamus or something.

Another:
cockgobbler claimant leaves me a voicemail at 9:20am right before I am to call someone else to go over their claim. Get done talking and going over the shit and see that my voicemail light is on again at 9:40am. It's the same cockgobbling asshole calling me again because I didn't call RIGHT back!!
Look Fucknut, I get that having your car totalled is a major hassle and inconvenience. I get that.... truly I do. But, I handle 80 to 100 such claims just like yours a month and these other people all deserve my attention just as much. I had a time set for them, not you. I will call you right back. I think you will live for 20 fucking minutes.
Cosign on hating people.

Sorry. You can't recover damages for pain and suffering in a work comp case.
But my back...the pain is killing me. I can't sleep through the night. They need to pay for that.
Yeah, that sucks. Again, you can't recover damages for pain and suffering in a work comp case. Remember? Wages and medical treatment. That's all you can recover. That's all the law allows.
It really hurts sometimes though! I can't play with my kids like I used to. It's not fair. I deserve something for that.
Fuck it. I give in.

I know you love the little guy, but how fucking fast would every god damn job in this country dry up if employers were subjected to full on litigation every fucking time an employee got hurt on the job? A fucking loaf of bread would cost ten fucking bucks and the unemployment rate would go to about 80 percent in two years.

I have one, not customers or clients, but retards in general - this fuckstick sent me a document in track changes but thought he would be cute and not use track changes on every fucking change and I ran a redline on the fucker when I could tell some shit wasn't right and the fucking dumbass didn't know what Deltaview was and acted like he "accidentally" dropped a bunch of shit into a contract and that he wasn't trying to fuck us.

And that, my friend, is why we have the workers compensation system that we do. Your best bet as an employee is to get trucked by a deep-pocketed third party tortfeasor while on the job. You're gonna get paid, and paid well, when that shit goes down.

The fucker I just got off the phone with that expects me to call him and give him updates every day. Look asshole if you need something or have a question call me, don't act like you are the only person I deal with. I have tried helping you in the past and you blew me off. I don't give a shit if you call and work with someone else because you are wasting my time and I don't want to deal with your fucking smart ass comments. Please take your business elsewhere.
OK so I didn't say that but came close. I love the fuckers that think my job revolves around them and in fact I could really give two shits if I ever talk to them again. He calls with a problem wants to pay less for something then he is paying right now. I inform him it's probably not going to work out in his favor but I will take the time to help him and see if it does work out. Then of course when I am right and he is still fucked he gets pissed at me like it's my fault he's fucked.
Douchebag.

I have a guy that calls me up to three times a day to just let me know stupid shit (i.e. I just got the documents you sent me!, I just got my duplicate title from the DMV! I am heading to the UPS store to send the title to you now!, etc). At least he is a nice guy, just incredibly clueless and feels that his claim is the only one I deal with and I actually give a fuck.
