Okay, so this is more a thread for Ron to comment on, but whatever. Maybe you trolls have been as well.
I'm going to be on the island of Kauai from June 25th-July 3rd. I need absolute MUST do's for that island in particular. The only island hopping I would want to do is to go see Pearl Harbor. Other than that, I want to stay on that island. This island is where all the main golf courses are, I believe Mt. Kilauea is on this island as well.
REALLY pumped. Going with the wife and her family, aunts/uncles, cousins...everyone, but we each have our own condo, so we can hang with them as we see fit rather than being forced to.
So, let me have it. What do you guys have?

So let me get this right. You are asking for HELP in making sure you have fun in Hawaii?

Helicopter tour. Spend a bit more for a good company. Take Dramamine before you go.

So let me get this right. You are asking for HELP in making sure you have fun in Hawaii? Less making sure I have fun, more making sure I maximize my fun.

If you are going to PH, see the Arizona Memorial and tour the Bowfin and USS Missouri. All of them are close and you will not need a car, plus you can do all three in about 3-5 hours easy. Go to Waikiki and walk the strip. Eat here if you get the chance: www.arancino.com/en/index.htmlGreat italian food. It is at the Marriott Resort across from the church. Decent price and fantastic food. Never been to the island you are going to be on, but enjoy.

You came to the right place. Kauai is my "home away from home" so I can tell you all of the hot-spots.
I'll shoot you an email with the details.

The Arizona is creepier than hell with the percolating oil still rising to the surface, knowing that it's a tomb. A night hike at Volcanoes National Park is supposed to provide the best meteor shower viewing in the world if you're into that kind of thing.
